Residence Marina

A minha estadia de 10 dias na Residence Marina, em Split, foi muito positiva e contribuiu para uma experiência confortável e bem integrada na cidade. O apartamento estava situado na zona histórica, o que permitiu viver o ambiente local de forma autêntica e tranquila. A localização foi um dos maiores pontos fortes: ficava a apenas 5 minutos a pé do Europass Adriatic Academy, o que facilitou imenso a participação no curso e a gestão do dia a dia. O alojamento tinha três quartos, sendo que um deles era uma suite, o que garantiu privacidade e organização entre os participantes. O espaço era funcional, bem equipado e adequado para uma estadia prolongada, permitindo descansar confortavelmente após as atividades formativas e culturais. No geral, a Residence Marina revelou‑se uma excelente opção para uma mobilidade Erasmus+ em Split, combinando proximidade, conforto e um ambiente histórico muito característico da cidade.

Um aspeto menos favorável é o facto de não ser possível estacionar junto ao alojamento, devido às restrições típicas da zona histórica. Quem pretender alugar carro terá provavelmente de o deixar num parque público ou noutro ponto da cidade, o que pode exigir alguns minutos de deslocação a pé.

The apartment was comfortable with enough space for the three of us, having three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with showers, recently renovated and very close to the old town of Split.

However, there were a lot of things that made our stay not so pleasant. First of all, the house is in a very narrow alley which the GPS had a great difficulty to locate and the parking nearby was full when we arrived, which meant we had to leave the car in the street quite far from the apartment and carry the luggage for quite a distance. Moreover, while the bathrooms were clean, the floors were quite dirty and the shower didn't drain well. In fact, the third day of our stay, one clogged completely and had to ask for someone to repair it, which they did promptly I admit. The cups and glasses were not enough for three people and there was no kitchen paper. As for the toilet paper was very little and all they supplied when we asked was three more rolls for a whole week. Finally, no spare towels were supplied and we had to wash them in the washing machine. All in all, it should be more taken care of.

Location was good but difficult to find down one of many side streets.

There was no A/C in the bedroom and there was no fan. There weren’t enough cleaning products or household items for sweeping the floor for example.

Große Terrasse mir tollem Ausblick, die Wohnung war gepflegt, sauber und modern. Alles war gut ausgestattet und bequem, man hat sich gerne in der Wohnung aufgehalten.

Das Bad roch etwas modrig, da es kein Fenster zum Lüften hatte. Es waren etwas wenig Küchenutensilien wie Tassen, Gläser und Besteck da. Aber wenn man jeden Tag abwäscht kommt man zurecht.
