Nice apartment close to the centre of Split. Apartment was modern and there was a nice patio outside
Location was good but difficult to find down one of many side streets.
There was no A/C in the bedroom and there was no fan. There weren’t enough cleaning products or household items for sweeping the floor for example.

Lovely well priced apartments
Excellent place to stay. Short walk from both towns old and new. Very quiet. Excellent view from the top floor apartment terrace. Very clean and great response from the host. Would definitely stay again.
Some of the window shutters were starting to rot which made it difficult to open. Ground floor apartment is quite dark with only 1 window. Had issues with the Aircon in the 1st floor apartment but due to the time of year was not a big issue at all. Didn't use in the others.

Not sure there was anything about the property we didn’t like. The only slight issue we found was that the last person to shower would struggle to have hot water. However this is understandable as there was 4 of us showering straight after each other.

Große Terrasse mir tollem Ausblick, die Wohnung war gepflegt, sauber und modern. Alles war gut ausgestattet und bequem, man hat sich gerne in der Wohnung aufgehalten.
Das Bad roch etwas modrig, da es kein Fenster zum Lüften hatte. Es waren etwas wenig Küchenutensilien wie Tassen, Gläser und Besteck da. Aber wenn man jeden Tag abwäscht kommt man zurecht.

Excellent séjour…
Emplacement idéal en vieille ville, et au calme… 20 minutes à piedenviron pour prendre le bus 37, qui va à l’aéroport pour à peine 2 euros et environ 30 min pour les gares maritime et routière. Appartements très propres, fonctionnels, bien agencés, dont l’un avec belle terrasse.
Vaisselles et couverts insuffisants pour remplir le lave-vaisselle….

Erittäin meluisa asunto. Vuokrattiin neljälle hengelle ei astioita kakille. Kahvin keitin rikki. Majoittaja toi toisena päivänä keittiöön neljännen tuolin. Sisäinen äänieristys surkea. Yläkerran naapurin tekemiset kuuluvat selvästi. Majoittaja ei ottanut juurikaan kantaa häiriöihin. Bileet yläkerrassa joka yö. Jouduimme lähtemään majapaikasta kaksi yötä aiemmin.

Läget och storleken på lägenheterna. Enkel check in. Skön terass. Enkelt att få kontakt med värden. Bra städat i sovrum.
Väldigt små handdukar. Smutsigt på toalettgolvet. Hår och annat skräp från tidigare gäster. Vi fick stopp i avloppen i mitten av vistelsen och duscharna svämmade över så det blev vatten över hela golvet i duschrummet i alla tre badrum (två lägenheter). Påpekade detta två gånger men inget åtgärdades. Uppmanades slutligen att själv rensa avloppet....

Emplacement exceptionnel dans un environnement piétonnier très pittoresque, le tout à une enjambée de l'hypercentre.
Petit détail : les ustensiles de cuisine sont insuffisants (exemple : pas de couteaux pointus....)
