Just loved it.

There is no parking, I wouldn’t say I didn’t like. When you stay at a location like this, it’s wouldn’t be there. Though the parking is available everywhere.

One night stay

The property was clean and aesthetically well put together. The bed was comfortable for the one night we stayed and the host very kindly came to find us when we had difficulty finding the property at night for which we were very grateful.

We were offered to store our baggage during the day we had checked out but offered no information on where this should be stored. We stored luggage in our room and contacted the host to update them of this. Upon returning to collect our bags we couldn’t find them as someone else had checked into the room and our bags had been removed. Luckily a passerby could tell us where they had left luggage to store in the past which is where we ended up finding our things but otherwise we would’ve not been able to find our things as we were given no response or update on our things having been moved after informing them of where our luggage is. The property is also quite difficult to locate and more signage and directions would make it easier to find.

All good for a short stay. If you need to stay longer beware the mattress.

- location is amazing, 5 min from literally everything - it basically has everything for 1, 2 nights so all good - it’s totally fine for 1 or 2 nights but I wouldn’t stay longer than that

- mattress is too old and worn out, you literally sink into it when you lie down so for me it was difficult to even sleep -> that’s the main point why I wouldn’t stay there anymore sadly - the apartment is very basic, only tea in the room but there is a fridge so you can bring your stuff - no basic toiletries in the bathroom like shower gel, had to buy my own

Great location, quiet, well equipped apartment.

Stayed for 1 night during our travels to Croatia, these apartments are central, but on a side street, a few minutes walk away from everything you need, so very quiet. Well equipped, clean and comfortable, good WiFi signal, good shower, good air conditioning.

Spacious apartment in heart of Split city center

Great location in city center. Studio apartment was spacious and had nice kitchen facilities (although didn’t use). Also has A/C which is a must in summer

Lovely quiet apartment in a stone house close to everything in Split

The location is great, quiet yet very central. The host was very accommodating and we really appreciated we could check-in earlier. The apartment and the bathroom are lovely, comfortable, quiet and clean, with good beds, linen and towels. There is a nice little patio with a table and chairs where you can have a breakfast or a coffee. A very good experience.

A few additional touches would be nice - like a coffee machine and coffee capsules/tea in the kitchen annex, some cosmetics in the bathroom (there was only hand soap) :)

Good for a short stay close to the city of split

The host was very nice and responsive , the location is close to the city center

No sample at all for shower gel or things like that, arriving late it was hard to have some, some towels were dirty and when sleeping with a plaid and just some sheet to cover them I feel like they don’t wash the plaid every time but only the sheet I got stung many times I hope it was mosquito

Beautiful accommodation in the middle of a great location.

The location was amazing, right in the middle of everything to do in Split. The room was nice and cool, even after the AC was turned off, due to the stone walls and how it was set into the ground. It was 35 C for our stay, so this was a lifesaver. The original stone walls also make it look very nice inside. There is a beautiful little courtyard where the host often is, with her family apartment up above, and she's very available.

I think the hot water is shared between all of the apartments, since we arrived home one evening to find that there was no hot water for a shower. Also, despite the quiet hours being posted at 10 pm, the group staying in the other apartment was extremely loud until about 1 am. I don't mind noise from the outside, but they were particularly obnoxious - if you want to go out in Split, there are plenty of bars you can hang out at that aren't your ho(s)tel. I don't particularly blame the host, since I imagine she may have to confront groups like this a lot, but it was the one damper on our stay.

Lovely little green apartments

Big room with shared kitchen means no loud fridge in the room, which is a big plus for me. I also really loved the kiwi vines overgrowing the yard with ripe fruit for the taking. It is in easy walking distance from the old town and lots of restaurants and a supermarket are really close.

Good location

Room was lovely and great location

They don’t accept card? Very complicated to get cash as the ATMs charge huge conversion fees. The owner took our passports until we paid, which was not ok. Had to ask multiple time to get them back. Also there was no shampoos or bathroom items

Great apartment with spectacular view.

The apartment was great. I wish we had found it before. It was very clean and had everything you need. The highlight is the terrace which has a great view over the old town of dubrovnik. It is also close to the beach.

Very accommodating for a last minute booking. We were even offered cakes :) Near the city centre and shops. Very good air conditioner.

Apartment next to the old town

Proximity to the old town and harbour; walking distance. Helpful landlord when you have an issue, or we decided to go to the apartment one day earlier.

The host took our passport for register us, and she did not return them until we didn’t pay (cash only). Kitchen had only the basics; no kettle or mugs. However, there were available in the common kitchen.

Dream from start to finish

the host was helpful from start until the very last end of our stay, she was lovely! The room was very clean and beautiful, location right in the centre, but in a very quiet and beautiful street. If I come back to Split, it will be for sure in this apartment. Thank you for your hospitality!

Very polite and serviceminded owner.

There is no clothesline for drying towels and bathing suits after beach visits. The owner lived upstairs from our apartment, and it was quite loud when they walked around in the evening and at night, which was a bit annoying when you have to get up early.
