A wonderful stay in a perfect location with amazing hosts – we will definitely come back again.

The accommodation is located in the very center of the city, which was perfect for exploring. We were also lucky to find parking just a minute from the entrance. The Riva promenade is only two minutes away. The hosts were extremely kind, and their restaurant recommendations were excellent.

The only minor downside, if it can even be considered one, was that we had only one key per apartment. Since there were seven of us and everyone had different schedules, it made organizing a bit challenging as we were running different distances during Split Marathon.

Absolutely perfect

The property was gorgeous, just as shown in the photos- was so central and close to everything. Was very safe and all facilities were brilliant. Zoran our host was lovely and even sent lots of recommendations for us to try.

Great location and room was nice

The fridge made different noises for the duration of the stay. As it’s in the bedroom it’s difficult to ignore. Higher pitched noise and then more humming noise

Great stay in Split

This was a great apartment that was clean and modern and sufficiently spacious. The modern appliances in the kitchen, sufficient dishes and soft close cabinets were appreciated and bright lights in the bathroom were great. Maybe because other front doors in Croatia were hard to use, we appreciated the very easy to use lock/key! The place is in a residential area so felt very local and this apartment is near several great family restaurants. The host also provided very detailed instructions for the apartment and restaurant recommendations via WhatsApp and overall very responsive.

Not a huge deal but this apartment could use an armchair to sit on as it's not very comfortable to sit on the bar stools for a while, if you don't want to sit on the bed. Although without it, the room remains spacious for your luggage. It could also use an extra hook or rod in the bathroom for the wet towels that doesn't touch the floor. A coat rack or hooks by the door to hang the jackets or rain coats when they are wet would have been good.

Great serene and cosy base for exploring the city.

Lovely space in a great location, it was on a lovely old street with a handy coffee shop. Spacious and comfy interior, appreciated the espresso machine!

Brilliant stay!

Brilliant stay at Vitelli Apartments. Communication with the host was great with easy self check in. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Absolutely perfect location as you’re in the centre of Split. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Definitely great value and great service

The service was incredible. We messaged the day of to say we had arrived earlier than our expected time and we were able to check in at 11am, the communication was great. Property was very clean and comfortable. Easy location to wander around spilt!!

A pleasant stay

The location is very central. We were able to avail of a late check-in time. The host organised a transfer from the airport for us (though we realised that this ended up being more expensive than what an uber would have cost). The room was clean and the towels, toiletries, fridge and A/C provided were appreciated. We felt safe and secure in this accommodation. As the accommodation is pretty basic, I would recommend this for a short stay only.

The WiFi connection wasn’t great. The floorboards separating the room from the neighbours upstairs are thin and can be noisy. The “city view” is just a laneway.

Great apartment to visit wonderful Split with family

Great location in truly beautiful city of Split, 1 minute away from the port and the old town. There were many restaurants and a grocery store in the area. Plenty of space for our family of four, and check-in was easy. Parking close by could take patience, but we were lucky and found a spot right away.

The apartment was the perfect size and right across from a fantastic speciality coffee shop which I loved. Location was great for access to old town and near some great bars on the outskirts. Zoran was a great host and very responsive.

Definitely stay in the apartment if we visit Split again,

Our host, Zoran was excellent. Any queries were promptly answered. The apartment is in a great location for access to the waterfront, shops and old town area on the doorstep,

The only missing item was a lounge chair to rest in after a full day of walking/touring.

Fabulous boutique hotel feel

The apartment was immaculate, it had a real boutique hotel feel. The balcony overlooking the flower filled courtyard was a real bonus for enjoying a morning coffee. The owner arranged our transfer and met us from the taxi which was really helpful when arriving late at night with two children.

Highly recommend to everyone

It’s a perfect size, bathroom, big tv with all the Channels you could ever want, tv supports Netflix etc, Bathroom was excellent, hot showers, everything was clean, and gf loved they provided a hairdryer and more. The hosts of the apartment couldn’t do enough for myself and my gf, when I kept in contact with them regarding my delay to the property It wasn’t a problem whatsoever.

Comfortable, clean and quiet Appartement in Splits’ centrum! Highly recommended but respect the quietness!

Relaxed accommodation right in the old town but away from the party noise! Very familiar atmosphere in the whole building complex tells you that this is not a place to go bananas and keep everyone awake in the night time. Respecting the locals and the quietness is a must! Check-in was very easy, made contact via WhatsApp, really friendly owning manager was there upon arrival, showed us the Appartement and gave us recommendations for the neighborhood. Rooms spacious (even for 4 persons), bathroom decoration and construction stylish and new with a window for all the steam! Everything was clean and taken good care of. Kitchen fully equipped, seemed brand new! Beds and sleeping couch comfy. Slept very good and the hangover after our friends’ wedding was totally bearable there! Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a comfortable, quiet and peaceful Appartement in Splits’ centrum!
