Very centrally located in the old town and close to everything. Modern spacious and comfortable apartment with all amenities and good kitchen equipment. Nice bathroom. All very clean.

Nothing. Only comment for assistance of other travellers is it is up 30 steps which wasn’t an issue for us and we were aware of it. We also had backpacks. No shampoo or conditioner supplied, only body wash and hand soap.

Great cozy apt in the heart of Varoš

Great location in the quiet area of Old Town. It's worth the walk uphill a little to get to this area. Would definitely stay again. Ivana is the owner and she is as nice as could be. Great host, easy check-in instructions.

The people above me walked like elephants, but that's not the property downside lol

Fantastic apartment in a great location, would recommend!

Ivana was very helpful in communicating with us pre arrival! We were handed the keys upon getting there and were able to check in earlier as it was ready so really appreciated that after a morning of travel! Great location, and exactly what we needed!

Lovely Stay

The apartment is very central and in an excellent location. It was also clean and tidy.

The kitchen is missing some key cooking equipment, but this is only an issue if you are looking to cook in like we did.

The experience was unsatisfactory considering the price; the bedsheets were unclean, the air conditioning was malfunctioning, there was an inadequate supply of toiletries, and the overall quality of the bed was subpar. Overall it’s not worth value money.

Wonderful smart apartment in great location.

Lovely apartment, fantastic location, just on the edge of the old town. Only 15 minutes walk from the port and by station, and so many convenience stores, bars, konobos on your doorstep. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, and quiet at night, in fact quiet most of the time. Church bells excepted! Loads of storage and hanging and WiFi was good too. Ivana didn't have a guest arriving the day I left and was super kind to let me check out later before I got the ferry to Hvar in the afternoon.

Property is on amazing location and it looks very nice. Everything was super clean and apartment is very well equipped you literally have everything you need. I would highlight hospitality of the host Ivana helped us a lot let our stuff before check in and in general she was super nice.

Wonderful couple of nights in this super comfortable place. 100% would recommend!

The apartment is super comfortable, clean and modern. The shower has great water pressure, the bed is fantastic and the AC worked wonderfully, which is a must during the Summer in Split.

The only thing that was missing was a coffee machine. Literally the only reason why this isn’t a 10. Everything else is perfect.

Wonderfull apartment, confortable, well furnished and very clean. The location was perfect, in the center of Split and at 10min from free parking streets. The hosts were available if necessary. We totally recommend it!!

Great location, superapartment, amazing host. Sound isolation is superb. Kitchen is tiny but has all you need. Bed is very comfy. Host is very responsive and helps with everything at short notice.

Very good

The room we had was very nice in terms of design, equipment and cleanliness. Modern styling made for a pleasant stay. The balcony was not really a balcony but rather a small spot on the roof with no particular view, good for smokers. But then again, you're not in Split just to sit on a balcony. The owner was very nice and friendly, showed us everything and gave us some advice concerning the city. Parking at (and even reaching) the apartment is difficult due to the location within the old narrow streets close to the Old City. There are however some public parking possibilities around the harbour, which make for a 5 to 10 min walk. Finding the apartment is also not easy as there are not signs pointing it out, but if you coordinate your arrival with the owner, she'll guide you.
