Dziękujemy za pomoc na każdym etapie wynajmowania apartamentu szczególnie za pomoc w wymeldowaniu się trochę później co ułatwiło nam wyjazd bardzo . Restauracje polecone naprawdę wybitne . Telefon po naszym wymeldowaniu się z zapytaniem czy wszystko było ok utwierdził nas w przekonaniu , że byliśmy w bezpiecznym miejscu przez ten cały czas pobytu za co Dziękujemy Ci Zoran❤️

Wszytko nam się podobało . Miejsce , czystość w apartamencie , wygodne łóżko w sypialni . Bycie w najpiękniejszym miejscu w Splicie przy porcie i starym mieście . Pod apartamentem sklep i wspaniałe restauracje polecone przez właściciela . Wszystko sprawiło że pobyt był udany bardzo i chętnie nie tylko powrócimy ale i polecamy już znajomym ….

Perfect location right near the Riva and restaurants. The apartment was clean, spacious and had excellent air conditioning. Zoran was a great host and organised a transfer from the airport for us, and provided restaurant recommendations.

Easy self check-in and check-out with clear instructions. The apartment was easy to find and is ideally located just a short walk from the Riva. Unlike many apartments in the old town, it is easily accessible by taxi, which is a real advantage when travelling with luggage. There are excellent restaurants and cafés nearby, as well as a supermarket just downstairs. The location is also perfect if you have an early ferry or boat excursion. The apartment is fully renovated, modern, tastefully furnished and exactly as shown in the photos. There is plenty of storage space, making it comfortable even for a longer stay. We especially appreciated that the sofa bed was already prepared upon our arrival, the drying rack, and having two air conditioners: one in the bedroom and one in the living room which kept the apartment cool despite the hot weather. The bedroom is a little small, but the apartment is very comfortable overall. We kept the windows closed because of the heat, so we cannot comment on the view. The apartment was also very quiet. We never heard the neighbours and really enjoyed our stay.

The only minor downside is that there are three flights of stairs and no elevator, although the stairs are wide and easy to use. Therefore, it may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility. A complimentary bottle of water in the fridge and a few local guides or maps of Split would have been appreciated, but these are only small suggestions.
