The location and the property in general , beds super comfy, air conditioning working perfectly, extremely clean
They don’t have a place where to store the luggage if your are checking in early or you need storage the day you leave

Absolutely fantastic location Very responsive host Very clean rooms and bathrooms. The double panes windows kept the noise away - some noise but not a problem (and am sensitive)
Central living room A/C - had to keep bedroom doors open and still was warm. To host: please get a fan for each of the rooms. Bed was a bit hard. Hot water - after 2 people - you need to wait a bit before the water was hot.

Great location, smells good, comfortable beds, clean.
No AC in the bedrooms, only in the living room. Bathroom sink was clogged.
