Rent og enkelt med meget klassisk indretning, der fungerede perfekt.

L accueil de Bruno, il nous a gentiment surclassé et donné de tres bons conseils pour les visites et restaurants. L appartement est tres spacieux, super bien equipé, il y a même une machine à laver. Il est super bien situé à 1 minutes de la riva.
Cela ne nous a pas dérangé mais il a quelques escaliers à monter avant d arriver à l'appart. Et tous les matins à 7h on entend tres fort la cloche de l'eglise. Pas besoin de réveil ;)

Die Lage ist grandios! Zentral am Hafen und Altstadt.Zu den Stränden kommt man auch zu Fuss ca.15- 20 Min. Fussweg... Bruno ist sehr zuverlässig und gibt zeitnah Rückmeldung...Die Kommunikation war sehr gut! Danke dafür!
Das Haus -äußerlich recht ansehnlich, jedoch ist das Treppenhaus sehr schmutzig und der Müll riecht extrem bei heissen Temperaturen. Da die Mülltonnen unten im Treppenhaus stehen. Die Treppen in den vierten Stock haben wir eher sportlich gesehen. In der Wohnung ist alles recht funktional.Küchenbereich hätte sauberer sein können.Wir haben nachgeputzt. Das Sofa müsste erneuert werden. So einiges ist abgenutzt reparatubedürftige Rollos.... Das Fenster ging zum Innenhof, von wo die Gastro Gerüche hochzogen....Die Lüftung der Gastro war durchweg zu hören...
