Great location for a great price

The property was in a great location - taxis were able to drop us off very easily but also a 2 minute walk away from the heart of the old town and the promenade. Staff were incredibly helpful and even let us check in early as our room was ready as well as leave our bags after check out. Great price as well considering Split can be very expensive

There was some construction going on outside which might wake some people up but it don’t bother us just might be worth noting, although this isn’t the fault of the hotel!

Good location and comfortable

Perfect location, staff were helpful, comfortable stay to explore split and surrounding areas!

Don’t leave sweet stuff out, as had a problem with ants, however the host was helpful and attentive to the problem so can’t complain too much!

Good location, serious issues with apartment

Good location, relatively easy to find, close to Riva

Steep and extremely dangerous stairs. on the second floor the stairs not aligning with the door to the kitchen/lounge room. You literally step out into this huge void with the stairs below you, dangerous and unsafe. bed was extremely hard, and I couldn't stand up in top room for fear of hitting head on roof. Beds are extremely low to the ground. Very noisy over a small restaurant, Would not recommend.owner needs to do some serious renovation to get this apartment safe especially the stairs.

Great location for a short stay

We stayed in the Krizeva Street apartment - it was compact, with a small lounge area that helped with bag storage. Stairs were very narrow. Great location for eating out so would recommend for a couple of nights stay.

Two days in split

Near the city center in a very quiet neighborhood.

The apartment was coarse cleaned. It's ok for a brief stay but it can be done better. There were some electrical wiring out of their box.

Good value for money and fantastic location.

The location for this apartment was fantastic. Additionally, the apartment we had was very spacious and clean. The shower was very powerful and the bed was very large.

The glass door and lack of lock on the gate made it feel a little less safe. The check in/reception is also pretty cluttered so I would probably choose to store my luggage elsewhere during the days of arrival and departure.

Great location and you could say it was a modern apartment with good A/C.

The main thing for us was lack of cleaning, our bedding wasn’t changed or the room wasn’t cleaned at all for the whole week that we were there. The gave us clean towels but never collected the dirty ones so it was just pilling up. The bedding was dirty especially the extra one that was kept in the storage. There was also a bit of mould on the walls and could definitely smell it inside. Also lack of maintenance, like the fridge as it didn’t work. The place looked a bit worn down, wouldn’t recommend for a long stay.

Great location, good check in service and room was perfectly fine. Good helpful staff, and we were able to store our bags.

Excellent acc

Location was perfect. 5 minute walk to the main square We checked in late in the evening and the host was brilliant. They also organised a taxi from the airport for us.

Nice room right in the old town

Room a little different from what we were expecting but still okay for a short stay. The location is wonderful right in the center of old town. About 10min walk to the port and 15min to the beach.

The tea maker was not in very good conditions and the TV wasn’t working.

Good location close to old town. Safe area. Fairly quiet. Beds comfortable enough. Helpful staff at the agency.

Looking at the photos on the site it seems we unfortunately got the worst of the properties managed by this agency. Bathroom door handle was broken meaning if you closed it, you were locked in. Toilet only half flushed. Shower door broken (screws missing) and leaked badly: turned the bathroom into a swimming pool. Shower had a window directly looking into the neighbouring apartment, so they could see you in the shower - full length! We had to cover it up with a towel, meaning two of us had to share a towel. Was ok for somewhere to sleep but definitely the worst accommodation we had in Croatia.

Amazing location, a few minutes walk from old town. Hosts were all kind and helpful. Clean room, would recommend. Comfy pillows and bed too. Fridge handy.

Location is great, but could do with some work.

Location, location, location! It is in the heart of Splits old town square and you instantly get a feel for the city.

Upon arrival we discovered ant nests. While this isn’t bad in itself, on the second day the bathroom fan started to make a very loud constant noise, and the WiFi completely stopped working. We messaged the host about this issue and did not receive a response. The WiFi continued to be unreliable. Additionally, it’s important to note that there is very limited hot water in the tank which does not cover even a 5 minute shower.

Split Inns appear to have multiple apts make sure you know which one you are paying for

The location close to town and restaurants yet far enough away to be quiet. Although there are numerous steps. This relates to apartment 54 Palmina Ulica ground floor. Supposed to be Deluxe! Was definitely not Deluxe. Air conditioning was very efficient Outside space ok once we set up the table and chairs

Took 4 attempts to get the correct WiFi info. Exposed wiring, mould in bathroom, poor fridge/ freezer!! Hole in bathmat. Hairdryer dirty ( see photos). The maintenance of the property is not good. Staff were helpful within their remit

Nice large comfortable apartment with an easy access location.

We picked the keys up at the apartments office. Andre was excellent and gave us a map of town to get us started. Then he walked us to the apartment and showed us around. Apartment was very comfortable and large. As it rained one morning we stayed inside and relaxed. We also enjoyed dinner at the split inn restaurant nearby. Laundry was close by but only self service Mon- Thurs. On the weekends you pay for laundry service. Location is as very good as its walkable everywhere.

Not for the elderly

The host was friendly and helpful. The room had plenty of natural light and good ventilation. It was clean. The associated bistro served delicious fresh fish.

The stairs were steep. I wouldn't have stayed here if I had known I was two floors up. There was nowhere comfortable to sit except on the bed. The shower was hand-held, which is awkward

Great location but very poor accommodation

Good location

Host wasn’t there when I arrived and I had to get a local to track him down. Wifi didn’t work initially. TV didn’t work and when I messaged the owner he didn’t respond for more than 24 hours. Mattress was very old and saggy. Shower head was broken.

Great location and helpful arrival

Great service and the location is perfect, right near the promenade and short work many bars and restaurants

One of the rooms booked had a mattress which really needs replacing. The spring had gone on one area so there is effectively a big hole when you lie on it. The bed was very large so managed to lie around it to some extent. Another apartment had hardly any hot water due to a small water tank so whoever went first won and everyone else was cold

Absolutely loved my stay here. Great location - felt very safe as a female solo traveller. Apartment was comfortable, easy access, had most of the basics. Use of terrace. Would definitely return.

Terrace table and chairs could do with a good clean. Room felt chilly at night and no blanket available. Would have been nice to have some showergel/shampoo combo in bathroom. Very minor things which didn't spoil my stay.

SCAM

WE WERE SCAMMED — avoid this place at all costs! We booked this accommodation based on the bright, beautiful photos shown on Booking, but what we actually got was a completely different room: dark, cramped, with tiny windows and constant noise coming from all directions. It felt more like a prison cell than a holiday stay. I contacted the host immediately — he claimed he would check and get back to me, but of course, I never heard from him again. I followed up several times and was completely ignored. Rude, unprofessional, and clearly dishonest (typical scammer behavior). Unfortunately, I didn’t check the reviews beforehand (my mistake), but later discovered that many others experienced the exact same bait-and-switch. This is clearly a recurring scam by this host. Save your money, your sanity, and your holiday — do not book here.

Short break in Split

Easy checkin. A member of staff gave me a map and pointed out some places to see. He took me to the apartment as it was separate to the reception location. Good central location, right in the middle of everything. The apartment is well equipped, air con and WiFi included. Clean. Fairly quiet at night.

Only thing that let the apartment down was the shower/shower cubicle. Dated and tiny. Plenty of hot water though.

Wonderful stay . Thoroughly enjoyed it .

The apartment was a very good size and the location was perfect . Everything was as detailed . Locals really helpful and friendly . Food was amazing at the restaurants I visited . Stunning place to visit . Really easy to find and had all could need . Host was very helpful and all very easy to navigate .

There were no English channels on the tv . I only put on as background noise in the eves but would have been good to watch something . Minor detail though. music channel worked .
