Apartment Atticus

Thew apartment is lovely, spacious, clean, modern and very comfortable. It's in a great location in terms of access to the shops, ferry terminal and bars and restaurants

The apartment is located above an Irish Bar which is incredibly noisy. We were unfortunate to stay on a Friday which is karaoke night and it was incredibly loud. Coupled with general noise in the streets, waste collection trucks and church bells, it was a poor night's sleep

The property was clean, comfortable and close to the port. Sandra the cleaning lady was so informative, helpful and friendly.

The a frame is a guarantee to hit your head. As careful as we were both my husband and I hit our head on the beams multiple times. The property is next to a karaoke bar so we were happy to have our noise canceling headphones to get sleep. There were people in the streets being loud and yelling until 3 am.

All the comforts of home, very clean, looks just like the pictures. The host was very informative and the communication was excellent. Right in the heart of old town, so very good location.

The location was both good and not so good. Very close to the water, shopping, restaurants, etc, but the noise at night at least from Thursday thru Sunday night is very loud from the people partying around the corner and the young kids that hang out near the promenade. And I think it needs to be said, the apartment is on the 4th floor, which means 65 steps up and down every time you leave or return. Might be a non issue for younger individuals, but the steps are a real issue.
