Split Accommodation ✅️

Tony checked us in perfectly and met us right when he said he would. Thanks Tony 😊 The accommodation was actually really large. We were pleasantly surprised. The facilities were great and although we didn't use the kitchen, it was well appointed for those that would need it. It was also very handy having a washing machine there. There is no dryer though, so keep that in mind for your plans. There is a clothes horse and our clothes were dry within a day in the room. The beds were comfy and the shutters and windows really sealed up nice to make for a dark and peaceful sleep. The location was amazing. Right on the end of the main strip. Plenty of eateries to keep you fed with lovely food. Even the boat dock for the tours was only 4 or 5 minutes walk away.

Great apartment in a great location

The apartment was everything as it was described. Great location while it was a busy spot the apartment was sound proof. Great location to the centre of the old town and all within walking distance Great spaces internally suit a family or travelling couples. The host greeted us warmly and showed us around. Would highly recommend

I would highly recommend this place to friends and family!

The location couldn't be beat! It had views from every room and was walking distance to everything we did. The air conditioning worked great also. It was very comfortable for 6 people.

The location is perfect, apartment is spacious and the view from the apartment is too good. Toni was extremely helpful and sweet.

For a 3 bedroom apartment they have just one bathroom which is a little uncomfortable and inconvenient.

Pretty great over-all

Location was everything! Beautiful setting with large rooms. Staff were nice. Dishwasher worked, reverse heating system was good.

Hot water was in short supply at times (with 6 adults) parking would have been nice but not a deal breaker

Exceeded expectations

Absolutely fabulous apartment in Split! The best location in town, away from the noise of the crowds at night yet only a short walk to the action. The balcony is fantastic and is larger than it appears in the photos. Great for watching boats, ferries and superyachts come and go. The apartment is huge! Full kitchen, large living space with amazing views. Great air-conditioning. Very comfortable beds. Great full bathroom plus additional toilet. Don't listen to other reviews about a smell in the bathroom. It's just old plumbing like the whole of Croatia and much of Europe. It's hardly noticeable and should not put you off this accommodation. Toni picked us up from the airport and he's wonderful. Strongly recommend doing this, it's quite a long drive and he will meet you at the airport, help with bags, great conversation on the drive and then he introduced us to the apartment. We loved our short stay... wish we could have stayed longer!!!

Loved everything about this place!! plenty of room for 5 people or more, spaced out great! Host met us there, helped us park and showed us around. Very close to all the bars, restaurants and water (not swimming). Perfect location, highly recommend!!

Toni was very pleasant to communicate with and offered us a ride from the ferry.

The Wi-Fi barely outside of the living room and there was some unpleasant smells in the bathroom coming from the grates. Also, we were suddenly told that payment was cash only when it clearly says that multiple cards are taken when booking.

Checkout is super early and you can't store luggage. Also there was a slug in the bathroom. There was an induction stove but not all the pans worked on it.

This is my second time in split. this is a beautiful property. spacious inside, location was amazing. Very clean. Toni picked us up from the airport made us feel very welcome . would definitely book again.

Great apartment for 6 in a great location

very spacious property . fantastic location , very close to split town. wonderful views of split from every window. Toni who manages the property was fantastic. he picked us up from the airport promptly and took us to the apartment. he allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment on the last day which was extremely helpful . would recommend if you want a well positioned apartment sleeping 6 people

probably another shower and toilet for 6 people would be ideal. none of the rooms are en suite but great value for money and this is probably reflective of the price.

all in all it was ok.

the living room was large and airy. the bathroom and kitchen were modern.

the dishwasher had not been emptied and there was still coffee in the coffee pot… it wasn’t as good a location as we had thought. The public areas of the apartment block were not very well maintained.

Perfect Split Stay

Location is fantastic. Views of the harbor and Riva are amazing. Multiple bedrooms were very comfortable for a group. Beautiful kitchen. Multiple toilets. Host facilitated free parking for our car and motorcycle parking was available on the sidewalk across the street.
