I booked and confirmed a specific apartment and location, but on check-in I was placed in a different apartment at anoth
I booked an apartment at a specific location, which was very important to me. Before arrival, I contacted the reception several times and clearly asked whether I would be accommodated in the exact apartment and location I had booked. Each time, I was assured that I would be. However, on the day of check-in, I was informed and taken to a completely different apartment at another location. This was something I specifically wanted to avoid, as I had read previous reviews where similar situations happened to other guests. I do not understand why one apartment and location are advertised, while guests are eventually accommodated in a different one. Please be aware of this possibility when booking, especially if the location is important to you.

Do not book this place!! It had beds. :/ Everything was wrong. Out of 13 people, no one liked anything.
Everything was wrong. We did not get apartments we booked, host was high most of the time, he contacted me and keeps calling me although my colleague was the contact for this trip. He placed 9 people in an apartment for 7 people. They had only one bathroom. Beds were disaster. Do not book this place!
