The location was close to the supermarket and 15 minute walk to a beach. Owner made it very easy to access the apartment. Rooms were comfy and well decorated.

The apartment was slightly lacking on space in the bedrooms but wasn’t a major issue as it allowed for larger groups.

Comfortable and spacious stay for a group of friends, short walk from city centre.

The apartment was so spacious, over two floors, and the sofa bed was a lot larger than the one in the photo. It was a smart TV so we could watch Netflix and connect our phones to play music. There's a washing machine as well, which wasn't mentioned but was SO appreciated!

An indoor clothes horse would have been helpful for drying overnight, there was a washing line outside for the daytime but we were terrified of dropping our clothes into the downstairs garden!

great Wi-Fi, and location. great AC as well, even tho we didn’t know (or asked) how to lower it in the rooms. amazing host (answer very fast and attentive) they changed the sofa, it’s way better than the one on the pictures.

the shower got cold after 3 people shower (but we didn’t ask the host if there was a way to changed that, so our bad) . rooms are smaller than they look in the picture.

Lovely Apartment in a Great Location

Great location! It's walking distance from the port (10mins) and all of the main attractions in Split like Diocletian Palace (5mins). This was great as it meant there was lots of shops and restaurants nearby but the street itself was very quiet so we could all sleep peacefully at night. There's AC on the ground floor of the apartment and the kitchen is fully equipped. Very clean and looks just like the pictures.

It's at the top of 3 flights of stairs - just a warning if you have heavy suitcases as there's no elevator! You have to sleep with the windows open upstairs as the rooms get very hot in summer. Also the shower in the upstairs bathroom is far too low for an adult. My friend is 5'2 and she had to sit down in the bath to wash herself!

Great stay in Split

The apartment is really close to the city center and to supermarkets. Very well furnished and all facilities working well. Special kudos to the massage chair, that was a great surprise and was a must after a long day outside! The living room is amazing and could accommodate all 8 comfortably. Owners very easy going and good communication.

Air con upstairs was very minimal got very warm at night but was a very nice area close to town was very clean and the people were lovely only problem was the 3 stories and the suitcases!

Decepcionante para la valoración que tiene.

La ubicación del apartamento era excelente, a diez minutos andando de la ciudad antigua y a 15 del puerto. El casero fue muy agradable y disponible.

Fue increíblemente decepcionante para la valoración de 9 que tiene en la página. - Al llegar, los vasos y los platos estaban sucios en el armario. - Los platos atascaban el lavaplatos, no permitían que girase la turbina superior. No tiene sentido tener esos platos para ese lavaplatos. - La ducha de arriba estaba en un cuarto de baño abuhardillado, por lo que si mides más de 1,70 debes ducharte agachado. - En las habitaciones de arriba los ventiladores no funcionaban. - En los baños no pusieron alfombrilla para los pies. - En los baños no había ni gel ni champú. - El pestillo funcionaba mal, era complicado de utilizar. Sobre todo, lo que menos nos gustó fue que el piso era claramente para 8 cuando éramos 10. No había 10 sillas, dos personas tenían que dormir en el sofá (no era sofa cama, era un sofá sin sábanas) y pagamos como para 10 personas. No fue una experiencia que nos arruinase el viaje pero esperábamos muchísimo más siendo un apartamento con una valoración de 9 y supuestamente 4 estrellas (al llegar, en la puerta pone 3 estrellas).

Fantastisch

De ligging was perfect, zo’n 10 minuten lopen naar het oude centrum. Groot appartement, ideaal voor onze vriendinnen groep. Alles is aanwezig, goed uitgeruste keuken, 2 badkamers, alles was mooi schoon. Gezellige woonkamer met smart tv.

Alles was perfect. Enige minpuntje (was voor ons niet echt een probleem) is dat t op de 3de verdieping is, en zonder lift. Lastig als je slecht ter been bent.
