Forget the photos posted. Reality is completely different. You have to climb six floors…nobody tells you that.

Room was really cozy and the location was spot on. Loved the private Jacuzzi in the room. Also, the room was ready before the checkin time and that helped a lot.

Only thing was, the rooms are at the 5th floor and there is no elevator. So getting up there with luggages was a bit of hustle. Also, breakfast was included with the booking. But it was at the nearby restaurant and only we can choose one dish and it was not a buffet. So anyone booking with breakfast included, please don’t expect a variety of dishes like buffet 😅.

Gotta love Split

The staff were very accommodating with an early check-in, so helpful with allowing early drop off of luggage until our room was ready for an earlier check-in...thank you 😀 the view of Split harbour exceptional (aspect from our window)

Good location, comfy bed, ease of access

Bed was super comfy, a/c very easy to use, small kitchenette was very useful, shower water very hot

Pigeons in the central courtyard cooing and tapping and flapping in mornings, the room got too bright too early despite the velux window being blacked out. The kitchen window had no blackout blind. There were no instructions as to where to get breakfast that was included in my stay.

Great place to stay in Split

Great location, rooms are big and very clean. Bathtubs are a very nice touch!

Lots of stairs and no elevator. Hard if you have big luggage. We had an issue with the bathroom but the host solved it quickly enough.

A charming stay with stunning views, stylish comfort, and just enough stairs to feel like you earned

Lovely little spot in Split. The apartment’s cozy, well put together — someone clearly has an eye. But the real gem? That rooftop. Full 360° Adriatic drama. Perfect for sharing a bottle of wine with your partner while pretending you’re not mildly judging the yacht scene below.

Fair warning: there are 97 stairs up to the apartment — not exactly ideal when arriving with bags or heading out after too much wine. But hey, a little workout never hurt. Think of it as your gym membership for the stay — with way better views.

97 steps upwards to our room. My husband has a bad leg. They should have said their rooms were on the top floor with no lifts.

Great location, lovely rooms, lot of steps

Location was perfect, only a 5 minute walk to the old town. The room was spacious and modern. Host was great and met us to hand over the keys and allowed us to check in 2 hours early as the room was ready which was great as check-in was 4pm! Host sent all of the details for the codes of the doors promptly and was great for answering any questions we had. Nice TV and modern wardrobe.

Biggest thing was the inability to leave bags in the accommodation after check-out and check-out is very early (10am) so we had to pay to have bags stored on our last day. The host was very helpful though and sent us a link to somewhere that could store them but would have been nice to know beforehand that we couldn't store them as it was bit of a pain on our last day (especially logistically if you've a tour booked). Cost for bags was €20 for the 2 of us for the day which was OK. For us this was the main downside but if this is something that wouldn't concern you then I would recommend as location and room were lovely. It is on the fifth floor (94 steps) to get up to the room, we are fit enough but it is bit of a climb just to be aware, especially when lugging bags and there is no elevator. Although host did offer to carry bags on check-in day. Rooms are attic rooms so my partner who is tall hit his head a few times but it wasn't a big deal.

Location was really the only good point

There was no indication in the ad that this was an attic room with 97 steps to climb ! The room looks spacious in tbe photos but in reality , it is tiny with a tiny window. My opinion is that the room is misrepresented. I do not recommend this place unless you know what you are booking . You need to be very fot to carry bags up 6 floors . Itvis not fun . The lady whonhelped with self check in thought itvwas funny . Itvis far from funny . By far, the worstbplace that we stayed on a 7 week trip.

A nice stay that would be perfect for couples.

The room was very nice and at a perfect location. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

The mattress was too soft for our liking and it would be nice to have a couple more hangers in the bathroom. They offer breakfast at a caffee nearby, bar Sidi was the only option for us and the staff there was not nice or very accommodating.

Great host, great location, small room, lots of stairs would not stay again.

The host was very friendly and gave great advice as to where to eat. The location of the building is very close to the old town and the room had a nice spa, there was also a little ice maker to get ice and bottle openers of needed.

The "sea view" from the room was just a tiny window where you could see the harbor. To get to the room you had to go up about 100 stairs to the 4th floor, you can go up to the terrace to get a better view but for this you need to go up another 20 steps. The room was also very small and cramped and felt claustrophobic and was made worse by the fact that there was not enough lighting for the whole room, also the hot water did not last very long and became cold after a while this was for the spa as well and so we would not stay here again.

The location is excellent, and the views from the rooftop terrace are great. It's a couple of minute walk from the old town, and right in front of the luxury yacht part of the marina. Breakfast was served in a waterfront cafe across the street from the building, and was pretty good.

There are a lot of steps to climb, and no elevator. The room itself, and especially the bathroom, is very small.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and modern, but very small. The location was perfect. The breakfast vouchers supplied gave us a very good breakfast.

The only thing we were unaware of was the 97 steps to carry a 50 lb. suitcase up. That was very difficult to go up and even down. The a/c went off shortly after we got there, and it was very hot in the room, but someone came to fix it shortly after we called

The breakfast was in the restaurant/bar on the promenade across the street. The menu has a lot of options, and the view was beautiful. The stuff was friendly and very helpful with the information about the location.

location was brilliant and a short walk from the main drag. The room was very clean & comfortable. The land lady and cleaner were very nice and nothing seemed a problem.

very close to Marina & old town hostess was fantastic

the aircon didn’t seem to work the pillows were too soft for me two bottles of water would have been very welcome i know I’m a bit old school but with a kettle & cups in the room I thought a couple tea & coffee bags would’ve been great, especially since we were not going to be able to take advantage of the 8 am complementary breakfast I know they can’t do anything about it, & it didn’t bother us, but there are 98 stairs to climb & no lift
