Location was great, apartment was clean and had a lovely view, tea and coffee and water provided which was great
It was up 3 flights of steep stairs which was really difficult with heavy luggage

Most amazing location. Adequate facilities. Balcony was nice to sit on especially for some fresh air and the view. Staff and managing person were very willing to help and were very responsive.
Had to carry 2 suitcases weighing 23kg each up 4 floors of stairs (82 steps!) as there is no elevator in the building. Luckily I’m quite a fit 69 year old otherwise I would not have managed.

Excellent location. Right in the heart of the palace across from the bell tower.
Terrible communication from the host. I tried reaching out several times in advance of our arrival to Split with no response. Only after we arrived at the door to the lodging did we receive notification on how to get in. We helped another couple who had the same issue not being able to contact anyone. Very frustrating and I wouldn’t choose this place again due to that issue.
