Overpriced, really disappointed

It’s near old town

-toilet floor is always flooded -lights stopped working in our room -power out so we couldn’t get inside our building meaning we had delayed itinerary -toilet handle broke so we couldn’t close toilet door

Clean, comfort & ideal location.

The location was ideal within a minute walking to ferry, market & riva. Room was very clean and nice. The room alone was as nice as a 4 star hotel. The host Luka was very helpful. If you want to be in the centre and want to visit the small island then it is a perfect spot to stay as it is near the ferry terminal. A super market shop is just around the corner which we find it very convenient.

Parking was difficult. DO NOT PARK at a private car park near the apartment. No prices visible on entrance , 5 euro per hour. If you park at the end of riva it is only 2 euro and around 15 euro for 24 hours from Oct and free at night. We parked without looking at the price as it was an 76 euro for less than a day.

This was a beautiful room. Exceptionally clean. Great location!

It was a little on the small side. Had I not been alone it may have been a little difficult but I only stayed one night so it was absolutely fine for me.

Great Location, Clean and Comfortable Stay

We stayed here as a group of friends and really enjoyed our time. The location is excellent, close to everything, very quie at night, which made it easy to relax and rest. The room was very clean, and the air conditioner worked perfectly, keeping it cool and comfortable. The shower was also excellent with good pressure and hot water. Overall, a great stay we would definitely recommend it!

The only downside was that the room felt a bit small for three people, and it didn’t have a table and chair as expected. Still, for a short stay, it was comfortable and we would recommend it.

Great location and base to explore old city of Split

Location close to ferry port and old town, market right beside as well as supermarket. Short walk to a busy sandy beach and beside bus stops. Very clean and modern. Responsive host and guidebook with local recommendations in room.

It would be nicer if the bedsheets were softer, they were dry and crunchy so not very comfortable. The shower itself was very good but the whole bathroom gets very wet. Small room but perfect base to explore split for a night or two and really modern and clean. Room can't be double locked from the inside.

Perfect stay if you are looking for somewhere to sleep!

Very close to the promenade, the port and the bus station! Had no concerns in regard to checking in and was very response when we needed help when the power went out. Air conditioner did a very good job at keeping us cool! Quiet location, we used the place as a place to sleep and rest, while we travelled around split!

Super clean and comfortable

This stay was perfect for our quick stop in Split. It was minutes away from the bus station. What we liked the most was how clean it was! We were a group of 4 and they had the sleeper sofa ready for us. 100% recommended. We will definitely book this next time we are in Split.

Perfect for a short stay

The location is really good, approx 5 min walk to the old town. The host left a book with suggestions for local spots which was super handy. Easy checkin. Great stay for a few days. Very clean and modern.

The room was extremely small. We were only able to open one big suitcase at the time. It’s fine for a couple of days but if you’re planning a week trip, you will struggle with space.

Really comfortable and has all you need for a good stay.

Being close to the main streets in Split, the cleaness, AC, TV, bathroom with good showerhead pressure. The host was also very accomodating and helpful.

Nothing special that made me dislike the property. Potentionally the amount of stairs and sink being in the room instead of bathroom, but you get used to it. Room may feel small but was still plenty of space for two pelple

Good because it’s cheap

Location was good. The apartment looked nice. WiFi worked great.

The bathroom got wet while showering. It’s very small so not reaaally comfortable. The sofa cama for the third person is not very comfortable. It’s on the last floor so there was a lot of stairs to climb with our luggage.

Memorable

Location is perfect for 1st timer to Split Kroatia. It’s bit small but everything is working and clean. Luka has been very helpful and cooperative. We asked for water cooker instead of coffee machine and next day we get it. Luka also helps keep our luggage in our last day since we had late flights back. We really enjoy our trip

Our room is in the third floor without a kift so get ready to sport. We do not mind but might not be suitable for elderly

Very convenient location

The room was super clean and comfortable and very close to the city, bus station and old town meaning we were able to just stroll around the city. Luka was a very attentive and helpful host who answered any questions we had about the room, the city and transport. It really was a beautiful trip in a wonderful city made more comfortable knowing our accommodation was so close and that we had a great host who was more than happy to help us. We already want to go back and would book again.

Excellent, easy

We stayed an extra day in Split so needed somewhere fast, these guys were available and able to accomodate us. Communicated well via WhatsApp and answered any questions we had.

Great location, but hard stairs, if you have mobility issues and children.

The location is great, and the facilities inside the room are good (AC, bathroom, beds, TV all great), although there is a strangely placed sink inside of the room.

When we got to the place (late in the evening, in a heat wave and with a small child), the code for the room didn't work. Instead of calling us when he had fixed the problem, the host asked us to call him, once he fixed the code, which would have been more hospitable and civil. During these 5 min we were perspiring and uncomfortable, as the room they had for us was on the third floor, without the lift. We had a child with us and one of us had injury which made it hard to climb the stairs. Also, the family room was really small for three of us. In the morning, once I sent the message that we left the room so they could clean it, they didn't bother to reply.

Apartman je prekrasno uređen, čist, funkcionalan. Lokacija je blizu centra. Domaćin je bio susretljiv i ljubazan, prije dolaska mi je ugrijao apartman i nakon odjave mi je spremio kofer do odlaska iz Splita.

Kupaonica je malo skučena i hladna.

Super chambre pour un super week-end

Très jolie chambre, fonctionnel malgré le petit espace. Idel pour un court week-end pas plus car espace restreint pour des valises etc… Le lit était confortable, la salle de bains fonctionnel avec plusieurs serviettes et produits de toilettes, la déco au goût du jour et les rangement pratique. L’emplacement est idéal !! À côté de tout à pied moins de 5min. Pas bruyant.

Nous y sommes restés 3 jours et c’est vrai que le ménage ne soit pas inclus était un réel problèmes. Une poubelle supplémentaire autre que dans la salle de bains est nécessaire.

- Nous n’avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner la télévision. - La chaise de bureau prend trop de place (remplacer par une chaise moins haute ou la retirer). - Parties communes bruyantes (remplacer peut être la porte de l’appartement ?) - Ajouter des portemanteaux pour accrocher les serviettes de plage.

Ich war nur für eine Nacht da. Das Apparment war zwar klein aber fein mit genug Stauraum. Die Lage ist top! Perfekt für einen Kurztrip in Split! Der Host super sympatisch und zuvorkommend. Luka kam nochmal extra ins Appartment, damit er mir beim Koffertragen hilft! Gute und schnelle Erreichbarkeit! Ich komme gerne wieder! Man sollte nur schnell buchen :) H R V A T S K I: Boravila sam samo jednu noć. Apartman je malen, ali vrlo ugodan, s dovoljno prostora za odlaganje. Lokacija je odlična – savršena za kratki boravak u Splitu! Domaćin izuzetno simpatičan i susretljiv. Luka je čak ekstra došao u apartman kako bi mi pomogao oko nošenja kofera! Lako je i brzo dostupan. Rado ću ponovno doći! Samo treba brzo rezervirati :)
