Enjoy Split, new apartment in the center with a private garden

The flat is located 5 minute walk from the city centre.

The water pressure in the shower is very very low.

Location is absolutely fantastic - it's right in the old town so you can walk everywhere - including to the beach/seafront/ferry/bus terminals - literally less than a 10 min walk to all of them. We went to five islands on five different days on the ferry/catamaran all of which were an hour or less away. The apartment has two very decent size bedrooms, a very good size kitchen with a large table and all mod cons and a bathroom. The whole apartment is very modern and very clean/new/fresh with comfortable beds. There were so many extras in the apartment - the host is very thoughtful - including a first aid kit, mossie spray, toiletries, tea and coffee, sugar etc and cleaning products and of course towels etc. We also really appreciated the shuttle that picked us up from the airport to take us to the accommodation. You can see the sea from one side of the apartment and the city from the other and the fact it's in a quiet residential cobbled street made us really feel what it's like to live there. There are some great markets a few minutes walk away too - and there are two supermarkets literally at the bottom of the short road from where the property is located which were o handy as you didn't have to carry anything very far or could nip out for milk etc.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about the apartment. The only thing I should mention for anyone who needs disability access is that it is up two short sets of stairs.

Cozy place with great location. Free parking near by. Contact with owner very good, easy check-in. Nice sea view from one bedroom. Small garden with grapes. AC in both rooms. All you need is in!

Very clean, nicely decorated and equipped apartment. Good and fast communication with host via Booking app. Great location in the city center.

A little bit of a steep road up to the apartment from the city center (+ 2 stairs inside) but I think this is not unusual for Split. The showers water pressure is not great.
