Working AC, short walk to the beach and old town. Nice restaurants near the room. Spacious! Good isolation! The pictures are not lying. We got exactly what we expected. The hosts were great! Would rent again ☺️ great with washing machine and possible to hang things outside on the balcony.
2 of the beds are not as good as the others. It's a preference, maybe. 2 of them were a bit hard. There is a lot of traffic in front of the building, but with the windows locked, it's not noisy inside. The bathroom is a bit small for 5 people but works OK.

Pre svega lokacija, to je na prvom mestu. Zatim komfor stana i prostranost, kao i ljubaznost domaćina Tonija.
Stan je izuzetno funkcionalan, samo jedan krajnje dobronameran komentar - bilo bi lepše da ima tepiha u stanu. Naravno, održavanje čistoće i higijene stana je lakše sa pločicama, laminatom i parketom, ali eto, bilo bi nekako toplije.

The property was clean & close by to beaches & centre of the Split. WiFi was excellent. Property was extremely spacious & well appointed. The hosts were very attentive.
Front bedroom was a bit noisy by night.
