Apartments Filipovic, 3 min walk to the beach

The flat is well located, 3 minutes walking to the Beach and 10 minutes to the City Center. M. Slobodan was reactiv and helpful

it was super near the beach (approx. 5 minutes) and was near the centre etc

We only had hot water for 15-20 minutes sometimes shorter, and we were a group of 5 girls…so the last 2 had to shower in ice cold water. The towels provided were small (face towels) so per person had to use 2 towels to cover themselves and dry. Shower head also did not have a place to hang so we had to hold it the entire shower, uncomfortable. We got two keys, but only one worked…

The main advantage of the accommodation was its proximity to both the beach and the city centre. On a positive note, the host was friendly and flexible, and the accommodation served its basic purpose as a place to sleep.

Unfortunately, we were not fully satisfied with the amenities. Although there were two wall-mounted air conditioners, neither of them was operational. A portable air conditioning unit had been provided instead, but it was not only very noisy, it also failed to cool the apartment adequately. As a result, we had to rely on a simple fan to get through the hot days. Since the apartment was located on the ground floor, evening ventilation was also limited, as it could only be done through a small window. The bathroom had an unpleasant odour, and we had to clean the ventilation grilles ourselves due to accumulated dust. We also found a used pair of underwear in one of the drawers, which suggested that the cleaning had not been thorough.
