Fabulous place!

The apartment is amazing and spacious. It is very clean and the beds are comfy! We appreciate that the host left some coffee and tea for us. The apartment is located in the city center which makes all touristic attractions approachable by walk. It also near the seaside and the view from the balcony is just stunning! We were lucky to find this place. I also have to say that the host was super friendly and helpful when we asked him to suggest some nice places in Split. We will visit again definitely!

Great location but apartment was poorly maintained.

Location and it had three bedrooms.

The central heating did not work, one shower had no hot water, other shower was very small and had to get into a small bathtub to use. No where to hang towels in either bathroom.

Great location

Location couldn't have been better. Everything was less than 2 minute walk away. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen and living area were spacious. The beds were quite comfortable. Lot's of towels and toilet roll.

The apartment is at the top of the building and many flights of stairs. There is no lift. This would not suit families with young children or anyone who struggles with 100 steps. The orange tile bathroom was not good. Toilet flush was on top of cistern and could only be reached by someone over 5 foot 7 inches There was a horrible smell in the bathroom. This apartment was good value for the area. Even though it had faults, there were plenty of positives.

Convenient location in Split

The apartment is located on a busy pedestrian street, very convenient to the ferry, wonderful restaurants, the Palace, and yet completely quiet once inside. The kitchen is complete, and the rooms comfortable. It was great to have three bedrooms for our multigenerational family.

There was a heat wave in Europe while we were there, and although there was air conditioning for each room, it worked better in some of the rooms than others.

Centrally located, just adequate.

Centrally located to attractions and view from deck was to the bell tower of the cathedral. Communication with the host was answered promptly. Lots of instructions given which need to be followed, especially in relation to the balcony door as it's tricky.

Because it was centrally located, it was noisy so you were unable to have windows open at night. The family members in bedroom 2 and 3 found the rooms hot and stuffy because of this, with portable fans being ineffective. We were concerned about safety as there were some exposed electrical wires. Plus you needed a key to open the gate on the 4th level to get downstairs, so if there was a fire, someone would have to find the correct key (in a panic) to open the gate- this caused concern.

Great apartment in great location

The flat was just as photographed! However... It is up several flights of stairs.. Its on the 4th floor and there isn't a lift. But inside it was clean, and very comfortable. It's location was just perfect... Easy to find with clear instructions from the host. We heard the buzz from the restaurants in the plaza below, and watching the sunrise from the balcony was really rather special 😊

Excellent location in the heart of historic Split

Excellent location on Marmontova Ulica (4th floor, no lift) right in the the historic part of Split just minutes away from the Diocletian's Palace. The apartment was big and comfortable for our family. Very good communication with the host, Ivan and the easiest check-in on our trip.

Furnishings could use some updating. One bedroom is very large with air conditioning, the other two smaller ones are in the eaves without air conditioning. They have several fans but it was still very hot at night.

Great location and very comfortable apartment! This is possibly the nicest apartment that I have booked on booking.com. We were there for the Split Marathon and location was perfect. Two bathroom was a huge luxury for us. We were all amazed by how nice this place was. The host is very easy to reach. I highly recommend!!

Brilliant location, brilliant City, lovely people and thankfully lovely weather.

Recently stayed in Marmont Suite Apartments with my sister and 3 friends. The apartment was lovely and spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped...all we were missing was a bread board/chopping board!. Having 2 bathrooms and 2 hairdryers was brilliant. Ivan was easy to deal with, both before we left and when in Split...we didn't meet him due to Covid but he was contactable by phone and was very responsive in his replies. The apartment was in the best location I could have hoped for, a few mins walk to everywhere we wanted to go...fabulous view of Oldtown from the balcony. Yes there is 4 flights of stairs up to it but we didn't find it an issue as they were not deep steps and had a few landings to get a breather if needed!!We would definitely recommend this apartment and would definitely stay if we visited again.

Bedroom 2 says there is a double bed and a futon, however the futon seemed to be a blow up bed and was set in under the alcove of the sloping roof so not sure who could sleep in it without banging their head! it wasn't a issue for us in the end as one of our group couldn't come. If she had we would have had to use the sofa bed in the sittingroom. Also the bedside lamp was missing from the twin room. But these are only minor issues.

Fantastic location in the centre of town.

The host was very reactive to the problems we had. The price was cheap and the location fantastic.

Needs to be deep cleaned and updated. Sheets and bedding are old with holes in them but clean. Shower in small bathroom needs a glass door as water sprays everywhere. Need also to specify in the description that there are 9 flights of stairs to climb.

Central location in the old town of Split

The location is very central in the old town of Split. You have many shops,cafes and restaurants just immediately close to the suite. It is calm and has a lot of space. Kitchen is well equipped. The small terrace has even a grill place. Two bathrooms were also nice for the family of five. The host was very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning cooled down well two rooms.

Since the apartment is situated in the pedestrian zone of the old town, you cannot park just in front. It was difficult to find a parking, but finally we found one five minutes away by foot.

Charming apartment in Split with excellent location

Very central location next to Riva. A very nice apartment with newly renovated bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Ivan who met us was very friendly and helpful and made sure everything was OK before he left.

The apartment is on the fourth floor with no elevator. Not a problem for us but something you should be aware of if you don't like a little extra training :-) (Or if you are not able to walk in stairs.)

Nagenoeg Perfect

De locatie was echt perfect in centrum en dichtbij alles daarnaast was de ruime kamer met ruime keuken die ons de vrijheid gaf lekker samen te zijn. De geluidsdichte ramen waren hellemaal perfect waardoor je ‘s avonds geen last had van de herrie buiten. Ook is er een nieuwe tv plus 5g internet waardoor verblijf een plek boot om even terug te trekken. Bovendien is de kamer zo hoog dat je prachtig uitzicht hebt over het balkon op de stad. Kortom subliem

De gordijnen lieten veel licht door.

수건은 넉넉하게 제공되어 만족스러웠고 위치도 훌륭했음 현관문 외에 모든 문(화장실 포힘)에 잠금장치가 없었고 닫히지가 않았음 방 세개 중 두 개 방의 라디에이터가 작동하지 않아 추웠고 난방 사용방법을 호스트가 설명해주었으나 결국 사용할 수 없었음 세탁기문이 고장나있었고 세제통에 곰팡이가 피어 있었음 변기는 욕조를 밟고 올라가야 버튼에 손이 닿아 사용이 가능했음 식기세척기가 있으나 세제가 없어 사용이 불가능했음

Lokacija odlična, center mesta. Varno. Veliko brisač, velik novejši hladilnik, dobro opremljena kuhinja. Ena obnovljena kopalnica in ena spalnica.

Apartma sicer velik, medtem ko je v 2 spalnicah in 1 kopalnici (mansardni del) zelo omejeno in na tesno, ni omar za obleke ali regalov, poličk za odlaganje stvari. V spalnici z ločenima posteljema le-ti razpadata (umetno usnje razpada). Na splošno je večji del apartmaja zastarel, temačen, potreben obnove, preveč osebnih stvari je v njem, posoda ni bila čista. Ker smo bivali pozimi smo imeli tudi nekaj težav s kurjavo, sprva hladno, nato prevroče (radiatorji se niso dali regulirati, ali so delali ali niso).
