Incredible stay in Split. Look no further.

What can I say, everything. Super clean, great cold air conditioning, fully furnitures kitchen, two balconies, plenty of rooms and space, close proximity to old town and the mall. Safe secure parking underground which is spacious ! Did I mention how great the host was? This place is family owned and the rented out by the owners.

Very comfortable apartment with super friendly host

I really liked the friendly host, we also loved how clean and comfortable the apartment was, it can house 8 very easily . Excellent air conditioning. We loved all the extras, coffee, shampoo, body wash, milk etc, very thoughtful. We were also able to drop off our bags early, which was a real plus. We both walked and got an Uber to town for 5 euros, both are straight forward.

It was the perfect size for our group and was very comfortable. The owners were very hospitable and accommodating of our needs. The apartment comes with free parking and it is walking distance to old town.

The host Ivan was exceptionally kind and helpful and went out of his way to assist us in our needs. The property itself is ideally situated for travel to either Split (15 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride),Trogir (50 minute bus ride) and the airport (40 minute bus ride). The property is very well fitted out with plenty of towels, bedlinen, hot water etc. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is modern and has all you need to self cater. Situated on the first floor, the property is serviced with a lift for those less able, and is directly across the road from the Joker centre, a five storey shopping mall with supermarket, bakery, food hall and many upmarket retailers.

great communication. Apartment is very good value, not luxury but perfect for our needs. Very convenient having a shopping centre over the road. Would recommend highly. The walk to the centre isn't that far either.

no doubts - grateful for this time

We visited a place with my friends and spent there 2 nights. It was absolutely amazing from the first moment. We were very well hosted. In the apartment there was everything we needed and even more. 20 minutes walking to the center was also a good option to explore the town by the local eyes though. We all recommend this place and leave it with smiles!

Everything was super. Ivan is so nice and helpful. House is beautiful with full of things. Kitchen is upto date with coffee, milk, tea and all basic items, He also gave us free bottle of local liquor. Rooms are big. Bathroom has plenty of towels. This apartment can easily fit in 10 people. Balcony has candles small fridge. We cant express our happiness how good it was. Water filter with extra water bottle. Private parking in garage and everything is near by. Big mall in front of house to eat and shop. There is nothing you will regret when you book this apartment its outstanding.

The appartement was fantastic. Everything was in perfect condition and there was enough of everything. It has a perfect location, close to everything but not in a touristic area. Communication was very smooth and we always immediatly got an answer. Veronica waited for us at the appartement and we got the keys immediatly and a nice tour. In conclusion, the perfect appartement to stay in split, we definetly recommend it.

Dvije obitelji na druženju i mini odmoru

Jako velik, lijep i funkcionalan apartman. Nas je boravilo 6 odraslih i jedno dijete, prostora smo imali dovoljno. Dva parkirna mjesta u garaži. Lokacija odlična, Joker preko puta, do rive šetnja od 15 minuta.

Kako smo bili sa dva auta i nismo uvijek u isto vrijeme odlazili/dolazili bilo bi dobro da smo imali dva ključa za garažu.
