Excellent accommodations in a beautiful city that is definitely worth visiting!

Great sized space. We had 3 people. The location was excellent! Definitely in walking distance to sites, great restaurants and shops.

Cute and cozy.

Very cute, easy to find and short walk down into town. Fully equipped for a longer stay which would be fun.

Parking not available in front as hoped but they helped us get parked on street (free)

A great place to stay!

We liked everything. So close to the Dalmatian Palace. You could pop home for lunch. Well sized apartment with a terrace which was great for meals and drinks. Washing machine was a great help. Thank you to the host Marina. She was very helpful and great host.

The location is just a short walk from the old town and the apartment was comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Find a parking space was a nightmare. The property has only one parking space that can be reserved and it was already taken by other guests when we arrived.

A beautiful apartment in a great location.

Perfect location and the biggest plus was the availability of a parking space since parking in Split is a major problem! Also having a very small washing machine was an added bonus. Marina was a great host and took care of us.

The only thing I didn't like was there was a barking dog during the day.

Comfortable and easy

We had two rooms between our group. Both accommodated us well. Comfortable beds and convenient and equipped kitchen areas. Good location, easy to get around town from. Host was very kind and helpful.

Fantastic

Room was perfect for one person. Would be a bit small for two but for a few nights it would be OK. Great location. Quiet secure area and five mins walk to centre. Nice little outside area with table and chairs. Apt was well equipped for short stay.

Beautiful apartment and exceptional location

Property was clean, and the location was excellent. Just walking distance from the Riviera. We had a parking too which was very convenient,!! excellent staff and excellent service.

Excellent stay with family

Good location! We walked to the city center in only a few minutes. Beds are comfortable and my daughter loved the crib very much.

Street Parking is a bit tricky especially at night time.

The location is good, also in a quiet neighbourhood. The host is very helpful and friendly, everything in the apartment is good and convenient, like a second home.

It felt very safe and comfortable

Marina, the hostess was waiting for me to welcome and provide instructions in person. It felt very good to have someone receive me warmly. She was very friendly and concerned that everything was okay. She was always there ever ready and willing to attend to anything I needed. More than all, Marina is a very dependable hostess, who really cares for her guests and doing everything to make sure guests have an enjoyable and worry less stay.

It’s a building full of apartments. We were not lucky and our neighbors were having a party during the night. Thanks to Marina, the party stopped and we could sleep

Comfy!

The quality of the fixtures and fittings, the available facilities, everything really! I wasn't expecting such a pleasant and comfortable apartment. The size was perfect for the two of us plus our 1 year old, and the room was pretty baby proof so she was able to just bumble around without us having to worry about he injuring herself.

The only issue I found was the overhead shower was more of a torrent than a shower! Not the end of the world.

The facilities, including a washing machine in my apartment, were great. Location is good with a 10 minute walk to old town. Host was keen to ensure I enjoyed my stay.

Parking is a bit difficult if you don't get the reserved space, but it's do-able (you can find free parking within a few blocks, at least in off season).

The apartment has great location, 10 minutes walk from the heart of Split. Very clean, with comfortable bed, two sizes of pillows to choose from, warm floors in the bathroom (it was a nice option in November). We were given slippers on request, as in the middle of November the floors were very cold. we also were allowed to check out an hour later than we were supposed to.

It’s quite tricky to find a parking place for a car, even out of season.

Nice little spot close to town

Good set of equipment available. Washing machine and dishwasher were a plus. Nice to have the clothes airer outside too. Parking is available with the flat which is a great bonus in Split.

Floors could do with good mop whilst they were visually clean and clearly swept our feet were filthy from walking on them
