Location is incredibly convenient only a 10 minute walk from most places in the downtown of Split. Private floor and clean with nice rooms, a wonderful amount of space and cozy living room. My group really enjoyed this loft. Plenty of light, outlets, good WiFi, a TV with streaming programs for us to enjoy, and a fully useable kitchen. Close to pharmacy, grocery store, and walkable like most of Split’s downtown. Host met us on arrival, gave a quick walk around, and set our trip off to a great start! Highly recommend for groups and families.

Though we had a few small problems, they were quickly remedied by the host and she was extremely attentive, provided recommendations, and welcomed us very warmly to Croatia! The bathroom did have the tendency to pool water on the floor, but otherwise we had a pleasant stay!

Absolute recommendation! We stayed here as a family—my wife, her sister, and two kids—and had the pleasure of being the very first guests of the loft. The apartment is a beautiful rooftop flat, full of charm and lovely little decorative touches that instantly make you feel at home. It’s very spacious and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. We especially enjoyed the large dining table where we could all sit together and share food. There is also a washing machine and the beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the city center, bus station 1, as well as a supermarket and bakery nearby. A special thanks to our host, Zvonimira, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions via WhatsApp. We recommend this apartment 100% and would happily return anytime if we come back to Split!
