Apartment Pape

Spacious, clean and modern.

Het appartement voldoet volledig aan de verwachtingen zoals beschreven in de advertentie. De ligging is uitstekend, midden in het centrum van Split. De keuken is eenvoudig, maar beschikt over alles wat nodig is. De airco werkt goed en de muren zijn goed geïsoleerd, waardoor je nauwelijks geluid van andere gasten hoort.

De dampkap recirculeert enkel en voert de lucht niet naar buiten af. Daarnaast waren de aanwezige vaatwastabletten al meer dan een jaar over de vervaldatum. De airco is niet in alle ruimtes aanwezig, waardoor de badkamer vrij warm kan worden. Door de verouderde ramen is er wat straatlawaai hoorbaar. Tot slot is er slechts één parkeerplaats beschikbaar, bereikbaar via een zeer smalle poort. Voor extra wagens is parkeren op straat nodig, wat in Split niet eenvoudig is.

Our family had a great 3 night stay in the apartment. So close to the old town and supermarkets at end of street. It was really spacious and good kitchen and facilities. Frane was excellent and super helpful

I had requested an early check in when booking, which was approved. However when it came to contact with the host he said that wouldn’t be possible. Then we were told the apartment was ready early so we did check in early which was good. When we arrived the person with the keys was annoyed that I hadn’t told him we were nearly there even though I hadn’t been told to do so by the host. I also asked on the off chance if we could leave our bags for a few hours and was told no, and reminded that we had checked in 3 hours early the day before. Communication wasn’t ideal, not welcoming, more like I was asking for ridiculous requests.
