The location was perfect and the apartment had all the amenities needed. It was clean and comfortable.

Location is unbelieveable! So great. The stairs not so much - the penthouse means stairs and they're really narrow and twisty. We had some difficulty, but made it up with our bags. Easy parking in the end, with some patience.
The stairs are seriously challenging. Needs to be clearer in the description. Also really needs a dryer to go with the washer.
