Saint George Apartment

Just outside the old town so not too busy or noisy. Easy 10-15 minute walk to the centre of the old town. Property was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. Liked that it had a utility room with access to washing machine and cleaning products so we could maintain the high level of cleanliness. For 4 people, this 3 bedroom apartment was spacious enough. It was on the first floor. Fine for us but consider this if you have mobility issues as there is no lift. Master bedroom kitchen and living room had air conditioning units. The owner was very helpful! When asked where the coffee machine or bottle opener were, we found a coffee machine and bottle opener delivered to our door the next morning!

Bedrooms 2 and 3 did not have air conditioning. It was a very hot week so that would have helped with sleep quality. The kitchen was not well supplied: - no bread knife - no bottle opener* - no coffee machine* - insufficient wine glasses for 4 people * we raised these 2 points and they were quickly resolved!

We liked everything about this place. Originally we chosed it for its location - just few min by walk from the old city of Split. At the same time, the apartment was very big, matching the pictures, also truly comfortable and clean. It was one of our favourite places to stay during these holidays, and we would have liked to stay longer, if time had permitted. Bathrooms, kitchen , rooms were very well equipped for those who’d like a longer stay. The owner of the place and his staff were also very kind and helpful. With owner’s guidance we parked our car just behind the building, very easily. His staff was also very helpful with some advices of places for dinner or breakfast, which we indeed tried and can confirm it was excellent suggestion. We were also allowed a later checkout which helped us a lot as well.

clean with probably one of the best locations in split to get to beaches, main town, marjan hill and Park Mladeži. Very nice host and great stay overall.

There was ac in the main living room and master bed, but the other 2 bedrooms didn’t have individual ac units, however was definitely still bearable considering there was a heatwave.

The property owners and the property itself exceeded our expectations. They were so kind and helpful and the apartment was spotless and identical to the pictures online.
