Beautiful, comfortable room with a spectacular sea view located right in the Palace old town.

Our stay at the Imperial Riva Residence was wonderful! Right on the palace wall, our “Crystal” room overlooked the sea and promenade of shops and restaurants. The room was very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with an insanely comfortable bed and a private balcony - my favorite place to start and end each day was watching boats in the harbor coming and going. VERY conveniently located and very quiet with doors and windows closed. Lots of nice touches - interesting lighting and artwork. Weather was perfect in early Oct - high 60’s and sunny. Our host George was so gracious. He recommended delicious restaurants and tours and was available to answer questions via WhatsApp. I would highly recommend staying at the Imperial Riva Residence.

Gorgeous. High end apartment in old town.

Nice location close to the port and located within the palace walls absolutely beautiful apartment, well appointed, and extremely well furnished. Upscale and modern appearance. George met us upon arrival. He was helpful in providing suggestions for nearby attractions.

Great location. Comfortable beds. Lots of steps to reach apartment.

Lovely new and clean. Everything you needed in the kitchen if anyone decides to use it. Very comfortable beds

Only one shower room in the two bed apartment. It had another separate toilet but only one room to shower which was not expected and inconvenient when there were for people. No view from apartment. No sitting area, maybe change dining table to sofa as it has bar stools in the kitchen.

We loved our time at the Imperial Riva Residence!

The Imperial Riva Residence is a gorgeous property that has been thoughtfully appointed with everything you could need for a fantastic stay in Split. The location could not be better. The very friendly host went above and beyond to make us comfortable and to address our needs. The discounted breakfast at a nearby hotel was a welcome addition to our perfect stay. 10 out of 10!

Phenomenal apartment but no working WiFi

It was very spacious, super nicely renovated, in a great location right next to the docks and in the old town, had great amenities, ACs worked well, check in was easy. It truly is as nice as the pictures look (we had our doubts).

My only gripe was that it didn’t have working WiFi. To be fair - the listing says there is no WiFi. There actually is WiFi it was just pretty much unusable our entire stay because of how bad/slow it was. For such a nice property (and for the price), I think it’s inexcusable to not have high speed WiFi in this day and age. You gotta upgrade it. I was unable to conduct several video calls for work due to the lack of WiFi. Also - there are quite a lot of stairs to reach the apartment, so this might not be suitable for older people.

Fantastic place to stay in Split

It’s the best place to stay in Split! Period! The apartment is brand new, spotless and with fantastic views! Has large balcony, AC, shampoo, coffee machine, and everything else you need. George (the host) even provided the beach towel because I wanted to go to the beach one day. The location can not be better- you are right on the marina. Look no more, you will not be disappointed

If you are a light sleeper, maybe bring ear plugs, noise from the street can be distracting at night

Exceptional

The sea view from the balcony was absolutely stunning — a perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty of the coast. The host was incredibly helpful, offering lots of great suggestions for things to do and places to eat in the area. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the bed was truly luxurious. The air con worked perfectly for a very hot time in Split. Highly recommend for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!

Great location.

An incredible stay in the heart of history! Located right within Diocletian's Palace, this place is truly amazing. Spotlessly clean, wonderfully quiet, and the beds are among the most comfortable I've experienced. Honestly, it's better than many 5-star hotels where I’ve paid a fortune to stay. A real gem!

Wonderful, highly recommended.

The location is so convenient, so close to the sites but also quiet because it’s located at the back street, away from the crowd. George the manger was very attentive and considerate, he was very kind to offer help with the luggage. The beds were comfortable and offers everything we need during our stay.

Would be great if has a washer inside the apartment.

The best place in Split

Everything was amazing. It was like a brand new modern apartment. Everything was exceptional. Location was absolutely the best, right inside the palace. The beds were super comfortable, plenty of hot water and excellent ac. The kitchen is well equipped. The host, George, met us and helped carry our luggage and show us the place. He was also super responsive to any of our questions and requests. He also helped find us tours and provided restaurant recommendations.

My only regret was we didn't stay longer.

Appartement très bien décoré avec des matériaux de qualité, arrivée soignée. Très bonne literie, emplacement idéal sauf si vous avez un véhicule.

Aucune vue sur l extérieur, l appartement que nous avons eu ne disposait pas d une terrasse comme sur la photo et il N y avait pas de vue dégagée.

Es war einfach wunder schön, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Der Vermieter hat uns vom Flughafen abgeholt, und in unser Apartment gebracht. Das Gebäude ist ein wunderschönes Historisches Haus, direkt am Hafen mit einem Traumhaften Ausblick. Das Apartment ist top renoviert und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet, das Bad ist perfekt beleuchtet und auf dem neusten Stand sogar mit einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet was im Winter sehr angenehm ist.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Sehr schöne Altbauwohnung

Es handelt sich hier um eine schöne, neue Altbauwohnung. Diese liegt zentral mitten im Altstadt-Getummel, aber man findet dort trotzdem seine Ruhe. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es gab keine Probleme.
