Love the location and proximity to Old Town and the waterfront and many great restaurants etc. We also loved having two bathrooms as we are a booking for four adults period and the lower patio was also nice.
No hand towels or dish towels were provided period if you washed your hands you had to dry with your shower towel and in the kitchen it was wasteful only having access to paper towels.
For the summer, it's a tough layout.. there is no air in the second bedroom, we found a fan. I would leave that out in the open in that bedroom for the summer.
Outdoor patio was nice and offered the one place where we could sit as a foursome comfortably. However if we sat out late in the evening we were scolded by neighbors for our conversation.
One more suggestion, because the owner does not greet you live to give you an overview of the house, maybe a manual that covers things like hot water tank switch must remain on and other small details about the property.

a decent couch to sit on would have been nice, but was still more than satisfactory.

The location to the old town was excellent.
It was not clean. The toilets were covered in other people’s hair and dust. Basically did not look like they had swept the rooms or cleaned draws and cupboards for a while. Which is a shame.
