This is a lovely apartment in a super location. It’s in a quiet residential area that’s only a 15 to 20 minute walk to the Palace area. Clean, well equipped, comfy beds, great view, close to some super restaurants - highly recommended.

We spent 4 days spacious of 4 in Split. The apartment is very clean, with plenty of space for all of us to play games, relax, eat. Bathrooms are clean, with great showers, beds are comfortable. Having a private parking space was super convenient, since street parking is Split is very limited. A beach is in walking distance, as well as the old town and harbor.The host met us in person for check-in, even though we arrived after 10pm, and even left us some food, since we arrived on Easter weekend with all grocery stores closed. I would rate this as one of my best Vrbo experiences.

Our stay at this luxury apartment was everything we had hoped it would be. Split is a beautiful historical city and our location allowed us to walk to Diocletions Place, Riva, restaurants and the beach. Parking is very difficult and stressful in the city but our apartment had a driveway which enabled us to park our rental car without stress. We took a day and drove to Dubronik and another day to Plitvice Lakes National Park since we were centrally located. The apartment is very comfortable and the view of the sea from the balcony is beautiful.

We were all comfortable! Everyone had space to be alone and space to share communally. Lovely balcony. Great off atreet parking and we didnt have to use the car once during our stay. Palace/Old town, beaches, parks, groceries, restaurants all within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood.

Lovely location although We had an issue finding the apartment….Google maps sent us the wrong way. Fortunately Maroje came and found us on his scooter! Apartment was immaculate, spacious and clean. Groceries, coffee etc nearby. It would have been nice to have more than one bath towel and one hand towel per person. Also, Beach towels would be welcome for those of us travelling from N. America and no room in our suitcases. The kitchen was reasonably well stocked but missing a toaster. Nice to have soap and shampoo provided. Very friendly and warm welcome.

Totally enjoyed our time in Zadar. Marin and his wife went above and beyond to ensure our time there was great . The unit is lovely and well appointed. You won’t be disappointed by booking this unit. Tip…use Uber versus a cab. The cabs were ridiculously priced.

Everything about this property was exactly right now. It was spacious and very clean. We were just a few blocks from a market to grab what we needed. Ten minutes from the beach and about 20 the the city center, Diocletian palace, green market, and the Riva marina. Easy to get an Uber or taxi when it rained and we didn’t want to walk. I highly recommend this apartment and would stay again! Thank you Majore for always responding quickly to all our questions and for greeting us upon arrival.

Stayed for. 2.5 days in split - great view & location. If a short trip, would advise staying closer to town as is 15 minutes to Diocletian’s palace Host was responsive & had decent communication. Kitchen is a bit sparse on the cooking tools & would’ve been nice to know that beach towel’s aren’t provided . This may be a Croatian thing, as other properties do provide. Address in VRBO is incorrect, so made navigating back a challenge

Very nice and spacious 3 br/2 bath rental in a quiet neighborhood (15-20 minute), easy walk to the historical area. Unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator but nice views. Tastefully furnished and comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. Off street parking. Host was very cooperative and easy to communicate with. Restaurants and markets nearby. Definitely would go back.

Maroje was really accommodating - we arrived around midday and could leave our luggage at the apartment prior to checking in early. He also organised a taxi to the airport for our return journey. The apartment is chic, comfortable, nicely decorated and well appointed. It was great to sit on the balcony, take in the sea views and the scent of the mock orange tree in the gardens below. It’s a quiet leafy neighbourhood, minutes from the beach, some great restaurants (including Dvor), local supermarkets and only 10-15mins walk from the historic centre of Split. We had a great time and would really recommend Maroje’s lovely apartment as a base to explore the area.

The location of this VRBO was great. Close to the beach and many restaurants. It included a parking space which was indispensable because street parking was very hard to get. The view of the sea from the balcony was amazing. The home was spacious and clean. But be warned… there are 3 flights of outdoor stairs that must be tackled before reaching the front door. We appreciated the workout.

The apartment has been recently renovated. Excellent condition. Great location: restaurants, bar, coffee, grocery are nearby. About 15 min walk to port, bus station, Diocletian Palace. The apartment is on third floor (second floor to Europeans) which could be a problem if you have issues with stairs. Great internet. Though only a partial view of the sea, it is a nice view.

Amenities were great in this 3 bedroom apartment. Kitchen was wonderful. We loved having coffee on the balcony each morning and wine on it in the evening. Having a washing machine was great we used it often. We had a shortage of wine glasses told the owner who then promptly delivered 4 new glasses. The property was about a 20 minute walk from old town. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Would return!

From the very beginning we felt confident that this property would be perfect. The photos reflected the property perfectly. The owner was responsive to our questions and the location appeared away from the hustle and bustle of Split yet readily accessible. All proved exactly as expected. The owner is very nice and went out of his way to be helpful. The property is beautiful and nicely located near the beach and easily walkable to downtown Split. The neighborhood is peaceful, with numerous good resturants and grocery shopping nearby. We hope to return, for a month next time.

The apartment is stunning . So well made and taken care of. We had everything we needed for our stay. If we needed anything it only took a quick text to our host and he promptly got back with us within the hour. Location was perfect as it allowed us to walk to city center but also check out the beach and neighborhood. We have stayed in many homes and we highly recommend staying here.

We were greeted on arrival and shown how everything worked. Good size apartment in great location. 10 min walk to town, in a quiet neighbourhood. It was decorated lovely with comfy beds and sofa, with everything you need. Bathrooms were large and powerful showers. There was a small balcony for drinks and to relax! Highly reccommend!

Great property in Split - around the corner from Bacvice Beach and a few blocks from a grocery store, and a playground was close by, though Old Town was more than a 15 minute walk. The property was clean and spacious, the only small reasons for a star off there would be the comforters barely covered the beds so it was hard for two people to sleep in one (and there was only one extra blanket for the property), and it would be nice to have laundry detergent there already to help with the washer. Otherwise it was a great experience overall!

Maroje’s apartment was perfect for our family of two adults, two teenagers and two kids. It is so clean and safe, wonderfully decorated, comfortable and furnished with everything we needed for our stay to see Split. We had a little trouble with Google maps but Maroje found us on his moped and led us to the apartment. You can see the sea from the apartment. It’s very close to the beach and about a 15-20 minute walk to the old town. It’s very quiet and safe, and both supermarkets and a bakery are just a few hundred meters down the street. We would definitely stay here again - a wonderful stay!
