A host foi acessível. O apartamento era amplo e igual às fotos. Apesar de ficar fora do centro, tem fáceis acessos a pé à Old Town e Promenade.
O ralo do duche fica fora do chuveiro o que faz com que o chão da casa de banho fique bastante molhado após os duches, o que é bastante desconfortável. Também não existia nenhuma esfregona que pudéssemos usar para secar o chão. Além disso a máquina de lavar roupa e caldeira elétricas ficam dentro do wc o que pode tornar-se perigoso com o chão molhado e um ambiente muito húmido (wc interior). O AC de um dos quartos era fraco, fazia bastante ruído, e perdia água para dentro do quarto. Claramente a precisar de manutenção. Havia algumas formigas na cozinha. Tanto na casa de banho como nos ares condicionados havia humidade visível. As ventoinhas dos candeeiros tinham bastante pó acumulado e a fronha de uma das almofadas estava manchada de maquilhagem.
