Superb

First of all Adriana , the host , was great 😊 she didn’t know English but used translate and there wasn’t problem. She was so kind and friendly, when we were leaving the apt she gifted us souvenir. The house is a walkable distance from old town, very quiet place and in the apt there is everything what you might need. Near is grocery store and farmacy.

Very pleasant stay

The host was very pleasant, and made me feel welcome. The apartment was clean, and had ample kitchen equipment. The bed was comfortable, and there was hardly any noise around the property. The accommodation was good value, and would recommend. If like me, you book the basement apartment, there is a garden to relax in.

This apartment was in the perfect location. The owner was friendly, helpful and accommodated our late arrival with no worries. The room was clean and very comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Split

A wonderful place to stay in Split! Highly recommended.

Everything! From the moment I arrived & met by the lovely owners, my stay here was exceptional. My apartment was located in what would be considered a basement but was not dark & gloomy in any way. In fact, only a small part of the windows in each room are below ground level so there was still plenty of natural light coming in. Also, this helped to keep the apartment cool during very hot days without relying on the air conditioning too much so I was pleasantly surprised. There is also a large garden area with barbecue, table and chairs which you can use as required. The apartment was large and had all the facilities needed for a relaxing stay. It's located in a quiet residential area but with good transport links via bus just a few minutes walk away. The location is about a 15 minute walk to both Diocletian's Palace or Bacviçe Beach which is a comfortable distance. It is uphill coming back from town so if you are feeling the effects of a long day or other indulgence, there is a bus that will bring you to just a few minutes walk from the apartment in as little as 5 minutes. Alternatively, an Uber taxi will cost around 6/7 euros from the Riva promenade area. An extra lovely touch on arrival was the plate of homemade cakes given to me & two very welcome beers in the fridge. This is a lovely gesture and certainly did not go unnoticed. Overall, a perfect place to stay when in Split and very highly recommended. I'm already looking forward to returning very soon. 🙂

Only one minor issue which didn't affect my overall enjoyment of my stay was the very weak water pressure from the bathroom sink taps, especially when on cold. Other from this, my stay was perfect!

Super friendly people, they even left us beer in the fridge and brought freshly baked cake when we came back from dinner the first day. The place was very clean, and they went out of their way to make our visit very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Croatia!! Thanks Adriana!!

Comfort and Relaxation

Adriana was a mighty fine host who made sure I understood how everything worked in her very cozy apartment. All the kitchen appliances worked and the refrigerator was a good size. :) The toilet and bath were pretty a good size as well. While the room being halfway underground also made it a lot cooler and it was very conducive after a long day of hiking. Location was pretty good as well. Definitely bookmarking this for the next time Im in the City of Split.

Not much to dislike about it. I guess the only bad thing was that this listing was very popular and it was not possible to extend our booking! :p

Lovely land lady very helpful. Whatever we needed we just asked her. Location is very good. If you are tired to walk back to the property you can take an uber for 20-30 Kuna (3-5 euro) from the Riva

Perfect stay to visit Split

Adriana was super nice, she brought us a cake from Croatia. The apartment is extra clean, tidy, you have everything you need. Nothing is missing. Full equipped kitchen, cleaning stuff, laundry machine, etc. Really comfy room and private apartment. I slept like a baby. You don't hear any noise.

Great place!

The hostess was very nice, she gave us useful tips about the city and always greeted us with a smile. The apartment was extremely clean and had everything that we needed.

The bathroom door didnt have a lock, but that wasn't really a problem for us.

Amazing host

Adriana and Ivan were amazing - beers and OJ in the fridge upon arrival. They even got us a little souvenir! Location - away from all the hustle and bustle of old town and the promenade and only a short 10-15 min walk in. Very close to the bus station and ferry port as well

A bit small but ideal for what we were looking for.
