We loved EVERYTHING!

My husband and I stayed at this mini-hotel for 10 days in September 2025. Our impressions were the most positive of all the hotels we've stayed at anywhere in the world!!! EVERYTHING was top notch! Very comfortable bed and clean linens! ALL the necessary kitchen utensils, including an Italian espresso maker! A clean shower with all the necessary accessories! The hospitable hostess, Vesna, greeted us, explained and showed us everything, offered coffee, water, and beer after our journey... And throughout our stay, she often treated us to her various hot pastries and other delicacies! My God, what a wonderful courtyard with a beautiful table and comfortable chairs! BUT, keep in mind: unfortunately, smoking is allowed in the courtyard. And if your neighbors smoke there, you won't be able to enjoy a glass of wine al fresco... Advice to the hosts: make your wonderful courtyard a non-smoking area! Yes, it's a 10-minute walk to the city beach, but it's longer back because it's a long walk...uphill/in the heat! Advice: get cheap tickets for the boats that depart from the port to the various islands! THANK YOU SO MUCH for the hospitality at this hotel, we felt like we were at home!

Felt very welcome and apartment had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Vesna was very friendly and offered us a very welcome drink on arrival. Clean and tidy apartment with great amenities and extra touches to make our stay enjoyable. Lovely area to sit outside.

Excellent place and worth for your money

We like the garden very much. So greenery with a lot of plants and very pleasant. The location is very close the Bacvive Beach and Riva area where you can take boat trips to various islands.

Great hospitality!!

We stayed for only for one night and we found the place lovely. About 10 minutes walk from the center of Split. Very well equipped kitchen, super clean, lovely garden. Hospitality and the hostess 12 out of 10. She is super kind and she brought us tasty treats!

We struggled with the bed and the sleep. We felt there were dents in every side, so we were sliding during the night.

Charming apartment

The host was lovely, even giving me some of her home made goodies. The room was big, comfortable and clean with all the facilities you could need. It's pretty close to the main town with only a 10 minute walk into the old town (a bit longer on the way back as it is up hill).

It is a little bit of a trek up hill with luggage to first get there. It might be worth taking a taxi or Uber if it's hot or you're arriving at night.

Amazing hideout in a busy city

I was very impressed by the host Vesna's hospitality and flexibility.nour flight was delayed and reached later than 10:00pm. We have informed Vesna who waited for us and brought us refereshmets seeing my teens were tired and worn out following our journey. Vesna continued to supply us with fresh fruit every day grown in her little garden full of fruit trees.

Wonderful!

Great little apartment in a beautiful, quiet garden setting. Location was within reasonable walking distance of the city and beaches. The host was wonderful and helpful, and welcomed us with some delicious home-made sweet treats. Everything was modern and very clean. We would have loved to have stayed longer!

Getting there was a bit of a trek up the hill from the city on a hot summer day, but worth it!

Cozy place that feels like home

Love the garden and outdoor sitting area. We had a wonderful time and very much enjoyed the amazing hospitality. The room was beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches. There was even a washing machine which is handy on these hot summer days. Parking was easy - plenty of free space in front. Happy to come back!

It was a bit of an uphill walk from the port. All and all great location though in a residential neighborhood.

Very close to the beaches and to the city center. The owener Veky is an amazing hoster. She have is a small well one gift and every day She was bringing us fresh fruit. The apartament has everything necessary for long of short stay. Perfect place to relax!

Host was very welcoming. She made us a coffee on arrival and provided local spirits and sugared almonds. Had decent cooking facilities for a short stay. Close to good restaurants and 10 minute walk to the centre of Split.

Lovely little apartment in a great location. Everything you could need is provided. Wonderfully clean and comfortable. My husband was unwell during our stay and the owner couldn't have been more helpful, even providing some of her own medication.

Literally everything. The staff was very polite and understanding since our arrival was quite late. Nevertheless she gave us the most generous welcome I've ever had: biscuits and something to drink. The room was big enough for two people and it is equipped with everything. We can't complain about anything.

A very cosy room with a great location.

Peaceful place near to all markets and restaurants. Only 15min walk to the bus station. The host was super friendly! She even gave us drinks and homemade pastry. Room was clean and very comfortable.

Peacocks in the garden.

Charming little apartment, small garden in front with a view of a little park. Now and then peacocks and other birds wandered by. Table and chairs in the garden, and a place to hang wet clothes. Heating worked well (it was quite chilly at night), also the wifi was good. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Very clean.

It was not so far from the center, but distance is relative. And personal - I had a bad knee already, and it was a bit of "up/down" getting around, not so good for the knee. But that didn't stop me from enjoying beautiful Marjan park, and the beaches, and the rest....

Lovely little studio

A cute little studio, nice and clean, situated in a mini forest with a flock of peacocks roaming outside my front door. I loved the little terrace in front, perfect for a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Very flexible on check in and check out times. She also was very generous with sweets, gifts and even gave me a bottle of wine and olive oil during my stay! I would stay here again.

I stayed in the autumn so didn’t mind the walk up the hill but in summer, it would be a bit of a hot trek up the hill from Batvice beach. Otherwise, close to Old town and supermarket close by.

Amazing!

Everything, clean, very cute apartment facing north which was perfect in the heat, very comfortable bed, air-condition and very fresh bathroom. The hostess and her son were superfriendly. Location also perfect, up on a hill, demanding walking from downtown. 10 min to the palace, 10 mon to bacvice beach. Restaurant Dir 5 min walk, very good food (above Tommy). Tommy=supermarket 5 min. So absolutely perfect, I loved staying there. Bring your cromecast, the TV has hdmi. @
