Perfect location, just 10 min walk from city center, surrounded by peacocks, supermarkets nearby and host was a very nice. The lady welcomed us with coffee and fruit juices, explained map of split, and also gifted me a soveniour as my birthday gift. We are fortunate to receive This kind of service. Thanks
Bathroom drainage was bit overflow during shower but that was manageable and she told the solution for that.

My husband and I stayed at this mini-hotel for 10 days in September 2025.
Our impressions were the most positive of all the hotels we've stayed at anywhere in the world!!!
EVERYTHING was top notch!
Very comfortable bed and clean linens! ALL the necessary kitchen utensils, including an Italian espresso maker!
A clean shower with all the necessary accessories!
The hospitable hostess, Vesna, greeted us, explained and showed us everything, offered coffee, water, and beer after our journey...
And throughout our stay, she often treated us to her various hot pastries and other delicacies!
My God, what a wonderful courtyard with a beautiful table and comfortable chairs!
BUT, keep in mind: unfortunately, smoking is allowed in the courtyard.
And if your neighbors smoke there, you won't be able to enjoy a glass of wine al fresco...
Advice to the hosts: make your wonderful courtyard a non-smoking area!
Yes, it's a 10-minute walk to the city beach, but it's longer back because it's a long walk...uphill/in the heat!
Advice: get cheap tickets for the boats that depart from the port to the various islands!
THANK YOU SO MUCH for the hospitality at this hotel, we felt like we were at home!
Unfortunately, smoking is allowed in the courtyard...

Vesna was very friendly and offered us a very welcome drink on arrival. Clean and tidy apartment with great amenities and extra touches to make our stay enjoyable. Lovely area to sit outside.

We like the garden very much. So greenery with a lot of plants and very pleasant. The location is very close the Bacvive Beach and Riva area where you can take boat trips to various islands.
