Good place to crash at night, about 15/20 minute walk to city center.

Good location, clean room. Happy that there was a place to put our motor bikes.

Can be noisy when other guests have opened their door and are at home. Especially when a group is devided over more rooms, they will interact anyway. And the light in the hallway would be nice if it switches off automaticay in the night so the room will be darker.

You get what you pay for, I think, in Split

The apartment had a renovated bathroom, fridge and air conditioning. The host was responsive and came late in the evening to fix an issue with the hot plate that was not working.

This was listed as an upgraded studio appartment, ready to host 3 adults; price was on a median side for Split. In reality we had a room with a sink, fridge, table with 3 chairs and a bunk bed with a double lower bed and single top; probably a better fit in a hostel... There are another 3 rooms sharing a common hallway entrance, wihtout AC and with doors that offer little soundproofing. We stayed here for 2 nights and shared the building with a group of loud teenagers... drunk, loud, all night. We didn't any decent sleep! Parking was on the walkway up the streetside... not a private parking as described. Booking.com, please update your listing.

Good value for money, would stay again.

Comfy and spacious with all the necessary kitchen appliances (although the stove had a mind of its own). We did not meet the owner Aniska but she seemed friendly enough over text.

All over was a decent apartment, value for money, easily accessible!

Location was perfect, easily accessible. Value for money, you get what you pay for. Apartment was on the road, so it was easy to find Uber etc. Air conditioner worked well, kitchen had utensils, linens were clean.

No exhaust in the apartment and bathroom, which made the apartment smell bad some times. If you make tea/ coffee there is no exhaust in the the kitchen so the smell stays and difficult to breathe.

Pleasant

It was okay for sleeping a few days. The little fridge is useful. 20 minutes walking from the center and from the first beach.

It was always noisy at any time, for traffic or for the birds. I didn't feel very safe because the main door is always open. Very old structure and not very clean.

Good value for money with a few flaws

The air conditioning worked really well. The staff were so helpful and very responsive to messages. The property is a 10-15min walk from the centre/beach but Ubers are very cheap.

The bathroom in one of the apartments floods itself when you have a shower. The door is also a thin sliding door which doesn’t close completely so there isn’t much privacy. It would be nice to have a drying rack for clothes in the second apartment.

Clean, no frills accommodation close to Split old town (20 min walk) but away from the crowds.

The place was very clean, host was excellent with communication and we were greeted on check in immediately. This is a basic no frills accommodation if you're looking for something close enough to Diocletians Palace and Split old town (approx 20 minute walk) but away from the crowds.

The studio we had was smaller than what the photos showed and more basic. The bathroom was very small and had no shelf or place to store anything, also the shower floor had no barrier and water didn't drain well so we ended up with a slightly flooded bathroom.
