Amazing stay — highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at this apartment! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed but still quiet enough for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out super smooth. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the little details (like coffee, toiletries, and local tips) made it feel like home. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Nice stay in Split

The apartment was fully equipped, two bathrooms were a great bonus. The apartment is large and spacious, the elevator in the block was a great convenience, and there is a free parking space in front of the block. It was close to the center, literally 15-20 minutes walk. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend time in Split in comfortable conditions and not spend a fortune.

Great place, except for uncomfortable beds

Everything except beds. There is free parking. Big apartment. Location is ok, if 20 min walk is not too far for you.

Beds - extremely soft, you sink into them. Both my friend and me had terrible back pain from sleeping on them (sleeping on different beds, so all beds have the same soft mattresses). It made my stay much less enjoyable when in pain and unable to move normally. If beds were comfortable, I would rate it 9/10.

Good value for money. The owner was very helpful. The apartment is well-kept in a residential part of the town, but a short taxi ride to the main sights.

Spacious with great facilities!

The apartment was very spacious and clean. The location was right next to the center, so it was walkable and quiet. We liked the cooking equipment and that there was both a bath and shower was very useful! The AC kept the room at a good temperature in the hot weather. Laundry and dishwashing facilities were also provided which was great. Lastly, our host was very kind and provided transportation from and to the airport. We had a really good time and would definitely recommend staying here!

The location was about a 15-20 minute walk from the center, which means it’s a bit quieter which is good, but it also meant we needed to walk a bit to get to the center.

Awesome stay

The property is very clean and big. There where a lot of facilities and the kitchen was very good for cooking dinner for six people.

The location is a bit bad because we need a 30min walk to get to the old town but thats a fact we already knew so actually there is nothing to complain about.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato ottimo, la casa è pulita e spaziosa ed il proprietario davvero gentile. Avevamo tutte le comodità tra cui lavatrice, asciugatrice e lavastoviglie, ve lo consiglio!

È un po' lontano dal centro, ma con gli uber alla fine è stato semplice spostarsi senza fatica
