Great location

The location is great, the area is safe, the neighbors are very nice, the flat is clean, and the host is OK. With some minor improvements, this could be a really nice place (for a maximum of 3 people), but if people keep leaving inaccurate reviews then that's not likely to happen.

It is disingenuous to say that the apartment offers a terrace - there is a small *shared* terrace just outside the door, which might not be available to you when you would like, and, conversely, you might find neighbors smoking on it when you would not like. More often than not, having it is a nuisance rather than a bonus. There is no balcony or children's playground, we don't know what they mean by that. None of the interior doors close (bathroom, bedrooms), so privacy is limited, and you will find yourself pushing chairs or dustbins against the doors to keep them somewhat closed. There are two wardrobes, but there is no space left in them, as they are used for someone's Christmas decorations and other personal belongings. Only two small electric hobs work in the kitchen, it is not 'fully equipped' (doesn't even have coffee cups), and the fridge door doesn't fully close either. There is air conditioning only in the living room, and you are warned not to use it while you're not in, 'because it might start a fire... and then... [dramatic silence that implies there would be charges pressed against you]'. And if you're thinking 'I don't like air conditioning anyway, I'll just keep the windows open' - be forewarned that the windows are small, and if you do keep them open at night, the street lights and the sound of your neighbors' A/C units will keep you awake. In the initial communication, months before our stay, there was mention of discounts on tours, and there is a poster in the bathroom that promises the same, but when we arrived and asked about them, we were told that there was such demand that we couldn't get anything. We went to other agencies that offer the same tours, to compare the prices, and literally all of them had availability for any day of the week. The beds are very soft. We should have been warned that the place would be too cramped for a family of 5.
