The apartment was nice and as described. It is away from town but very close to the beach. It is an easy walk to old town. We felt very safe and comfortable. We love Split! Thank you for letting us stay here. We will be back!

We loved it! I was in Split for a competition and I brought my 2 year old son and my mother in law. The garden was perfect for us all to relax and spend time together! We loved sitting at the table overlooking the garden for our meals. It was also so nice to have a washer machine to wash our clothes! My mother in law would walk every day to the beach because it was so close! Darvor was such a great host and so kind! If we come back we will stay here again!! Great quiet neighborhood!

Davor's place is a wonderful little spot in a fantastic location. Just at the end of the road is a great beach and it is just half an hour to walk to the centre of Diocletian's palace. Davor is friendly and welcoming and very responsive with communication. We had a wonderful 5 days and would quickly recommend his apartment as a great spot to stay when you visit Split.

We loved this place, it really was a home away from home. Walking distance to supermarkets and to the beautiful old town of Split. The garden and patio area is lovely and a peaceful retreat after a day climbing Forts and hiking up to see water falls. Davor is a wonderful host, very helpful with information on getting around and is on hand for any questions or issues (not that we had any). Thank you Davor for a wonderful stay in Split😊

We loved the proximity to the beach and the backyard was a nice little treat, although would love to see it cleaned a bit better (for example someone's discarded contact lens was on the nightstand..) Overall good and what you'd expect at that price.

Lovely apartment with a nice fresh garden. its location is ideal, the area is quiet, but at the same time close enough to the old town. And a very short walk to a couple of nice pebble beaches. Davor is a great host and very happy to help and give advice. I definitely recommend it.

Wonderful stay in Split in this apartment. Within walking distance of great swimming beaches and old town and the Diocletian palace. Nice back yard to rest up after a busy day. Host is the most!

Before we checked in we heard that we will stay at the 4th floor. After we checked in we learned that this is the best place more than we expected. The best view of Adreatic sea from the living room. We lost 2 luggage’s at the airport. The owner drove us his car to pickup our luggage’s at the airport 2 days later. We stayed here for 8 nights happily. We strongly recommended this place for Split vacation.

The apartment was lovely, with its own backyards which was great for just lounging. The neighbourhood was quiet and away from the crowds but near enough to Split centre to make walking in and out easy. A food store was only about 10 mins away and in the opposite direction aia large park xum nature reserve.

We had a lovely week in Split. Apartment as stated in quiet residential area, 5 minutes to beach area- beautiful shoreline with little cafe and 15 mins walk to an even nicer beach with lovely little bay and cafe. Although it is about 25 mins walk into town we walked every day either along shoreline or slightly quicker main road, both pleasant walks. Apartment itself is basic and a little dated but in a quaint Croatian manner and it was lovely to have outside courtyard, though beware of greedy mossies. Description of apartment and pictures are exactly as is. Thank you Davor you were perfect host and very helpful. Campbell family, Aberdeen.

The property had a lovely garden with outside cooking facilities and was sunny all day. Davor was so helpful in arranging taxi to and from the airport as well as other outings during our 3 week stay. Davor s mum even brought us some home made limoncello on my husband's birthday. A really good friendly place to stay that is a half hour walk from Split or use the bus that runs every 75 minutes.

We were stoked to be able to pick the top apartment. Great views from the terrace, we loved it and spent a lot of time there. Nice walk into town as well, we walked there and back every day of our stay. Davor is very helpful with lots of tips about the area. Would stay there again.

The apartment is comfortable and very close to a beautiful beach, which is pebbly so pack plastic beach shoes (or buy from Split market 5 Euros-ish). There is no real living room, but the garden makes up for this, and has a large BBQ. Both rooms have double beds - we were expecting one to be a twin. Air conditioning works very well (2 units). Bus to town every 1/2 hour, but we often walked (also about 1/2 hour). Davor is a very friendly host, very helpful and speaks good English. All in all very enjoyable holiday. Water warm and clear.

La maison est à 3mn à pied de la 1ère plage. Le bus passe a cote de la maison ce qui permet ou d'aller sur les plages et la belle plage de bene ou d'aller de l'autre cote directement sur split. L'hôte est très serviable et très sympathique. La maison avec le jardin, la climatisation et les 2 grands lits est très bien. Je recommande vivement

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation sehr unkompliziert. Positiv: - Die Lage ist super, zu Fuss ist man in wenigen Minuten am Strand - Gemütlicher Sitzplatz im Garten - Freundlicher Vermieter, unkomplizierter Kotankt jederzeit Negativ: - Das Internet (Wlan) war sehr langsam und oft gar nicht verfügbar - Die Sauberkeit liess leider zu wünschen übrig. Auf den Schränken dicke Staubschichten, ein alter Crosstrainer der einfach in dem ohnehin winzigen Wohnzimmer rumsteht. Beim ausschütteln der dickeren Decken kam einem ebenfalls eine Staubwolke entgegen. - Im Inserat wird erwähnt, dass der Parkplatz überdacht ist - es ist zwar ein Parkplatz vorhanden, überdacht ist dieser jedoch nicht. Trotz der genannten Kritikpunkten hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt in Split, allerdings waren wir auch wenig "zu Hause". Für Leute die löngere Zeit im Haus verbringen würde ich die Unterkunft nur bedingt weiterempfehlen.

Un petit endroit tranquille avec un propriétaire aux petits soins pour vous, toujours prêt à vous rendre service. L'equipement du logement est basique mais suffisant, , le coin jardin est un grand plus. La plage et la mer sont à proximité, mais pour rejoindre la ville, le port et son grand marché quotidien il vous faudra marcher 25 mn .Par chance la route est plate, c'est magnifique car on longe la mer et le temps ne parait pas long, Un très bon souvenir de ce beau pays, Merci encore pour tout Davor et que votre maman n'oublie pas :"qui va piano va sano". Tolle Wohnung mit 5 Personen und grossem Hund bezogen. Dafür ein Reisebett vom Vermieter erhalten welches wir im grossen Flur aufstellen konnten. Mit 2 Klimaanlagen war die Wohnung auch in dieser Hitze ein kühler Ort. Leider keine Spülmaschine aber ansonsten alles vorhanden was für ein toller Urlaub benötigt wird. Wohnung in einer schönen ruhigen Wohngegend. Der Garten war für uns der ideale Entspannungsort. Wenn uns die Mücken nicht so extrem genervt hätten. Leider war der Hundestrand sehr klein und mit einem Hund der andere Hunde nicht mag kein toller Ort. Aber es gab ja noch die deutlich näheren wilden Strände neben den "Hunde verboten Strände" und da wir am Strand nur kurz zum Schwimmen gingen und im Schatten unseres Garten die Sonne genossen haben war das ok. Die Strandnähe war toll. 3-4 min und wir waren unten am Strand. In die Altstadt 30 min zu Fuss. Mit dem Bus für 11 kn pro person ging es schneller. Leider zum Brötchen holen wird das Auto benötigt. Aufbackbrötchen haben wir keine gefunden auch beim Lidl 5min mit dem Auto nicht. Kommunikation in Englisch mit dem Vermieter war Top. Auf Wünsche hat er immer sofort reagiert. Hilfestellungen bei unserer Ankunft wie Stadtkarte mit den wichtigsten Orten wurden uns in der Wohnung weiter gegeben. Man sollte trotz Bankansagen einige kunar für den ersten Tag mitnehmen. Nicht alle Geschäfte nehmen Euro. Wechselstuben sehr teuer. Besserer Kurs in Banken.

Davor was een geweldige host gastheer Mooi appartement met heerlijke tuin met barbecue alles was goed voorzien lekkere luie stoelen. We zijn 5 weken geweest en hebben alleen buiten geleefd. We hadden volop privacy Af en toe kregen we van Davor heerlijke tomaten courgettes komkommers en paprika uit eigen moestuin Dicht bij Split en toch in de rustige omgeving je kon vanuit huis zo in je badpak naar het mooie kiezelstrand lopen Vlakbij natuurgebied Marjan en ook niet ver van de bus,fietsen waren een pluspunt. We hebben ontzettend genoten en komen zeker een keer terug

Very nice, spacious, and tidy apartment with a beautiful garden. Situated in a nice and quiet part of Split with close proximity to a charming beach and with a scenic stroll to the city center. Good place for travelling with small children (we travelled with a 2 and a 5 year old). Very friendly and helpful owner readily available for assistance with transfer, stroller rental etc. A real gem and we really recommend this apartment.

Nous étions deux couples et l'appartement était suffisant pour une semaine. Cuisine un peu petite. Nous somme venus pour les balades sur la montagne de Marjan, les baignades sur les plages et criques, la visite des îles en bateau et celle de Split, nous avons été enchanté. Nous avons pu remplir nos yeux de couleurs et d'ambiance ainsi que vivre d'agréables moments qui alimenteront nos souvenirs. Une suggestion serait de proposer du tri dans la maison, compost, verre vide et PET et déchets normaux. Il serait appréciable de poser des moustiquaires aux fenêtres. Merci à Davor pour l'accueil.

Great apartment with fantastic terrace

During our stay in Split we stayed in Davor's apartment for half a week. We felt really welcome and had a great time during our stay. Davor welcomed us and showed us some various points of interests on a map he gave us so that we do not get lost in Split. The apartment does not lack anything and is very clean. The nice outside area with its terrace is a great place to have breakfast or spend the evening, if you are not in Split town. Even though the apartment is located a bit outside of Split's old town area, everything can be reached fine. We usually just walked anywhere we wanted to go, but buses go to town as well. If you are into Deep Water Soloing, we can recommend the Sustipan and Kasjuni Beach areas, which are reachable by foot. Kasjuni Beach can also be recommended if you just want to spend a day at the beach. The water is crystal clear and really calm, so that swimming there is a pleasure. Kastelet beach is even closer and can be reached by foot in about 5 minutes.
