Good value

Close to the palace and all the sights. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable and quiet. Good value. Split itself was stunning and we enjoyed our boat excursion.

The decor was too grey, but I suppose the clue was in the name. In retrospect I would have picked somewhere closer to the bus station.

It was very pleasent

We really appreciate that the host was very friendly and always ready to help. We dropped our backpack very early and that was great. She was available all the time on whatsapp. She also recommended what to see and where to go in the area. The location is great, walking distance to the city center, the beach and supermarkets.

Wonderful host who took some time to help me with all the attractions nearby. Beautiful furnishings. Whole place very safe and secure. Right near the heart of the action with Diocletians palace and everything just a few minutes walk away. Great place to stay!

Only one thing. Graffiti in the downtown region was kind of a bummer, but since parking was scarce and difficult I never moved my car for 3 days, and when I came out to leave on day 3 someone(s) has scraped my car on both sides with what I’m not sure. I hope the car rental place doesn’t charge me. I’d checked every time I walked by the car, and then it happened on the 3rd night there. I’m sorry to even mention this, because everything else was great.

Amazing host & super good value

This place was extremely great value and is only a 10 minute walk to old Town and is a really lovely place. The host is also amazing she is so kind, and also allowed me to leave my bags before check in and after check out which was a HUGE help

Everything,the most beautiful apartment with great energy and the decorations made with love,every corner has his own story,you feel like home,you have everything you need and its very clean and cozy .Great location,close to Riva by foot,and 5 min with car to lovely beaches,free parking on side.And the best host ever Teodora,most welcoming and amazing lady,we are coming there again for sure!

Very good location, lots of grocery shops nearby. The apartment has absolutely everything you need

Despite arriving very late the hostess was waiting for us at the apartment. Handed over the keys, showed us around and gave useful advice. There are many grocery shops nearby.

The landlady has several flats and Booking has pictures of both. The ones we stayed in had a view of the courtyard but no balcony, but for us, this is more of a plus. Audibility with the neighbouring apartments is quite high in the bathroom and kitchen because of the ventilation shaft.

Perfect apartment in a great location

Such a perfect place for our stay in Split. The owner was very helpful even though we arrived so late and was very kind. Perfect location near the beautiful Marjan park/beach and the old town, everything you could ask for is a 10 minute walk away. Lovely clean apartment with everything we needed. We cooked quite a bit in the apartment, and the kitchen was well equipped. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Lovely cute apartment

The apartment is little but very cute, for 2 people is perfect and it has everything one may need. Located only at a 5' walk from the old town/city centre, in a very quiet district.

The bathroom light switch was placed outside the room, not very handy. The air conditioning smelled a bit weird after some hours of use. The neighbour upstairs was noisy, I usually heard the steps while in the bedroom.

Great accommodation and host!

Teodora welcomed us so kindly and took her time to explain all the thingswe could do in the area and gave us a lot of recommendations. The apartment was very clean and has everything we wished for and more. Teodora even suprised us with a little breakfast one day. Her effort made our stay amazing.

Everything was great! I have no complaints at all. The apartment was spotless, it had all amenities we needed for our stay, and the location was very close to the city center but still quiet and peaceful. The owner is very friendly and responsive. Tip: Fast food place next to it has really great grilled chicken sandwiches!

Overall a very pleasant stay!

The host was very nice and helpful and the apartment was very clean and spacious. It had all that we needed for a short stay. It is very close to the Riva and all the main attractions in Split. We will definitely book it again in the future!

It was very difficult to find parking close to the apartment, but it was not impossible :)

It is located at a rather busy street, so it can be noisy at night. Plus there is no elevator.

This place is in a really good spot. Close to restaurants and many supermarkets. It takes only 10 minutes to get to the city centre. Kitchen and bathroom had all the supplies. The host is really nice and will explain what to do in Split. I can highly recommend this place!

The apartment was cute and at a good location, 10 minutes from the city centre. It has a small kitchen and a washing machine as well. The air conditioning works well, which is really needed in Split in summer. The host was amazing, she even bought us sweets at the end of the stay and has great recommendations about Split.

A small bread toaster and a coffee machine will make the apartment just perfect. Otherwise everything was great!

Que encanto de señora!

Estaba todo muy limpio, pudimos usar la lavadora sin problema.Estaba a unos 15 minutos andando del centro histórico,muy cerca. Y sobre todo la amabilidad de Teodora, se molestó en quitar su coche de donde lo tenía aparcado para que pusiéramos el nuestro. Y nos acompañó en el coche para que no nos perdiéramos.Un encanto de señora.

La dificultad para aparcar aunque gracias a la propietaria no tuvimos problema en toda la estancia.
