Poorly managed reception and communication
Spacious slightly dated apartment in the city - good value.
Check-in was a disaster. After communicating within the app the day prior regarding time of an evening arrival, utter no communication after multiple calls and text messages. Person answer hangs up twice saying “No English..”. after looking for backup accommodations, manager send text to use the lockbox and name of the unit - except does not send the code! After multiple calls, there is finally and answer with the presumably manager stating she was in the “shower.”. Breakfast is a 15 minute walk to the center of town, where they say a flyer with a QR code is required, which of course not provided by the host.

Spacious and clean apartment
Big apartament, easy to self check in, clean and comfortable. Has many towels and pillows. Only 5 min away from the historical town. Notice that for the breakfast you have to walk 15 min to the center and there are only two options available (omelet or banana bread) also no tea or coffee included, you have to pay for those.
There is limited hot water go to shower and you need to hold it with your hand because there is no hook for it

-The host didn't care to provide a check-in time. -We took the option with Breakfast Included and the host was supposed to give us the location where to go and have breakfast but we never received any reply regarding the breakfast location.
