Best accommodation in Split!

Pavla sent us a great video on how to get to the apartment from the street so there was zero confusion. Then we arrived early so she was still there and was the loveliest! She gave us a map and recommendations and wanted to make sure that we relaxed on our holiday. The apartment is so perfectly set up, there is everything you need. It is so clean and a great amount of space, we only wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect central location for a short stay

Very central location and the host was so welcoming - she accommodated our early arrival and gave us several recommendations for restaurants. She also messaged halfway through our stay to make sure everything was ok. Beautiful courtyard area which would have been lovely to sit out in warmer weather.

It was perfect for a short stay, but there was no central lounge area to relax together as a family other than at the dining table.

Excellent location but it had its pitfalls.

The location was excellent being in old town. The host was very responsive.

Finding parking wasn’t easy, nor was getting our luggage to the property. The kitchen/ living area wasn’t large enough for six people and getting suitcases up the two spiral staircases was very difficult. I wouldn’t have booked this apartment if I had known all of this. The upstairs bathroom smelt like sewerage and there was a handheld shower over the bath in this bathroom which made showering extremely difficult.

Wonderful stay with friends

The host was welcoming and very helpful. Excellent location, very close to old town and great restaurants, but still quiet and peaceful. As a group of friends, we had plenty of space and all we needed.

As we were arriving late, I did feel rushed to get to the apartment and meet the host. Maybe a secured key box (or similar) could be considered for late/early arrivals.

Clean, comfortable apartments in a great location.

The property was well equipped and spacious. We were a group of eight and rented out both apartments. Its location was central. Pavla, our host was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. I would definitely recommend.

I think a strip of white tape on the bottom step between the second and third floor of the spiral staircase would be a good idea. The hand rail has to finish at the end of the wall, but the last step extends a bit further and matches the wood floor. This can give a false sense that you have reached the bottom step, when actually you have one more to go.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

Pavla was wonderful! She welcomed us and explained everything, provided information about the area. The location was perfect. Accommodations were great and very clean.

Liked just about everything! Only issue was beds/mattresses were hard and not very comfortable.

Apartments were fine but not great.

Location was good, but you had a hill to walk up to the property. The host Pavla was pleasant to deal with and was very prompt to come back to us.

Overall the apartments were fine but not for people with mobility issues. There was a spiral staircase as you entered the property and then another to go up to the top bedrooms. There was a couch (not very comfortable) but only two could fit on it and 5 hard seats at a table, not very comfortable for relaxing at breakfast or before heading out. There was an outside area but no fault of the apartments to many ants and flies for my liking. The bathrooms were really nice but we all agreed that the apartments need a little bit of re-decoration.

Very nice stay.

Apartment looks very nice. It’s even better than at the pictures. It’s clean, very well equipped with everything you need for your stay. It was very easy to communicate with the host. All major sites are in the waking distance from the apartment.

Lovely apartment, hosted by Pavla who was excellent during our stay. The apartment has everything you need for a stay in Split, 8 min walk to the centre of old town and only 3 minutes from, in my opinion, the best restaurant in Split. Highly recommended

Highly recommended property close within the old town with an excellent friendly host

The location of the apartments was brilliant and within a 5 minute walk to the sea front. Pavla was an excellent and friendly host. Ahead of arrival, she shared a detailed video explaining how to find the property.

Central, clean and comfortable

Pavla was soooo lovely and incredibly accommodating, you can tell she really cares about her hosts. The property felt safe with the locked gate. The outdoor area was very spacious and comfortable. The accommodation itself was very well equipped, clean and comfortable! We were all pleasantly surprised as the actual space was a lot bigger than it looked in the photos :) The location was so central and in walking distance from the town centre and nearby beaches. Overall 10/10, would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking to come to Split!

Amazing location in the old town for a group. Outstanding service from Pavla

The apartment was very well kept, in an unbelievable location right in the Old Town. Surrounded by many excellent restaurants, bars, clubs, everything you could need is right by you. The best thing about this apartment was meeting Pavla, who did an amazing job of facilitating our stay, made us feel extremely welcome, and truly nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you Pavla! We hope to see you again soon

5 day stay in split

Pavla greeted us at the property and showed us the workings of the apartment she also made us feel so welcome. Location was superb, right in the old town. We had an accident whilst at the property, Pavla came right away and helped us sort everything out. Will certainly return. Thankyou

Fabulous break away

Location is fabulous and Pavla was very accommodating. Always there to answer questions for us. Beautiful outdoor area we used for evenings. Spacious spotless clean apartment. Cannot fault it would definitely come back.

No toaster but not even a necessity really, we didn't mention this but I'd say host would have brought us 1 if we had of asked.

Exceptional

Absolutely fantastic place! The host was incredibly nice and helpful. We made sure to go to the beach that was recommended! Very central location, but in a car-free and quiet neighbourhood. Very nice house with plenty of space for the 6 of us that were travelling together, and the terrace was a nice bonus too. We know where to go if we're ever in Split again!

Exceptional

This apartment was located in the centre of old town with easy access to all facilities. The accommodation was bright, open and modern. The renovated bathrooms were amazing! Our host Pavla was so kind, explaining where all the shops were and arranging transfers. 10/10 overall!

Het was een heerlijk appartement met een fantastische host op een toplocatie.

De host was fantastisch en gaf goede tips. Daarnaast was de afstand tot het centrum top.

Het appartement ligt in een wijk waar veel (oudere )mensen wonen. Daardoor moet je constant opletten dat je niet te veel geluid maakt, wat zorgt dat je niet helemaal kunt doen en laten wat je wil. Voor vriendengroepen is dit iets om rekening mee te houden.

Sijainti! Helppo kävellä keskustaan ja lähellä paljon ravintoloita. Samoin Marjan luonnonpuisto vieressä. Hyvät huoneet ja mukava piha missä grilli. Erittäin ystävällinen emäntä!

Ei sovi likuntarajoitteiselle. Taksi ei pääse viereen ja asunto kolmessa tasossa missä kierreportaat.

- im Sommer sehr heiß in den Schlafzimmern - quietschende und kurze Metallrahmenbetten - Terrasse wird von mehreren Parteinen genutzt - niedrige Decke im Übergang mit Kopfstoßgefahr für größere Menschen - hellhörige Wohnung von oben und der Seite

Alt i alt er minnerikt opphold.

Ble godt mottatt av fantastiske vert Pavla. Meget behjelpelig og lett å kommunisere med. Vi som en familie med 2 barn på 5 og 8år syns det var fantastisk å bo rolig og landlig i en storby. Vi likte det historiske med å bo i gamlebyen, men likevel det du trenger i 2025 rundt deg. Ren og fin leilighet med alt du trenger, uteområdet likte vi spesielt godt. Restauranter, kafeer og butikker få minutt spasertur unna og barnevennlig for de minste. Føles veldig sikkert og godt både i huset og ellers i området. Sitte i hagen/uteområdet helt stille uten andre lyder enn gresshopper og sikader/sisserner. Alt i alt, fantastisk opplevelse og håper på å komme tilbake.

Mislikte ingenting, parkering som er et stykke ifra er litt med en hassel med masse (for mye) baggasje. 5 isch minutt å gå fra parkering, men det må en forvente med å bo i en historisk gammelby.

Nagyon jó az apartman elhelyezkedése, mindent gyalogosan meg tudtunk közelíteni. Maga az apartman egy bájos kőház, kényelmes, tiszta, jól felszerelt, nagyon ízlésesen van berendezve. A tulajdonos nagyon kedves, segítőkész.
