Perfect stay in a centrally located and very clean apartment

It was so central but a quiet area. The place was very clean and modern and we absolutely loved the decor. They had a parking spot available for us to use during our stay and since we were so central we didn’t need to use the car when in the area. The host gave us some wonderful recommendations for dinner and we had a great time

Charming little apartment,ditch the car in a public car park

Very charming apartment, nice bathroom, good tv and kitchenette

Parking, requested a parking spot which was accepted, but in our medium SUV it was inaccessible, only for very small cars, had to use a public car park which we were very lucky to find a spot, but once we found a spot was reasonably priced

Fabulous

We had a lovely stay here. The studio was spotless, and the location was ideal - about 5/10 min walk into the old town. There are supermarkets nearby, and the kitchen had the facilities to be able to cook easily. The bed was also very comfortable.

The shower went cold quickly, but other than that it was fab!

Everything was perfect! If I could rate more than 10 I would! The host was fantastic, always there ready to help us and with recommendations on where to go (Thank you again for everything!). The apartment was very comfortable and clean and in a perfect distance from the center (2 min walking). If I ever travel to Split again I would definitely stay there again!

Cute stone house

Apartment was clean and in a prime location. Having a parking spot was a plus.

Suggestion: Towel hooks need to be placed in the bathroom or anywhere in the apartment. Let your guests know about the shower doors. If not closed properly, water accumulates all over the bathroom floor.

Too pricey for what it was

Location was great - close to centre

The room design and size was uncomfortable as it was crowded with the furniture. The fridge was loud and at night was disturbing for sleep. The cost of the stay was the same as staying in a more luxurious accommodation.

Lovely little apartment very central and handy for all the restaurants and bars right in the heart of the old town the host was very happy to recommend lots of lovely places to see and eat would definitely stay here again we have told all family and friends to definitely go

Lovely little place, very beautifully decorated and in a great location for exploring. We loved Split, one of our favourite places. Streets a bit tricky to navigate (narrow), but parking on site was very good once we got there.

The kitchen could do with a proper kettle and a toaster, and the bathroom would benefit from a towel rail.

Great home base for discovering the center of Split

Beautiful building and room, I really digged the stone wall. Good kitchen and bathroom. Great bed. The location is great, 5 min walk to the center. Our host was very nice. Check-out via keybox. Perfect!

The parking spot is only for the brave. You have to drive about 500 meters in a very narrow street which is maybe blocked. You cannot turn and have to drive back in reverse gear. The parking spot has a high threshold. I did not dare to drive over this because our car has not much ground clearance. So we parked on the street nearby, which was fine, but you have to get lucky to get a free space (which we had). No window and ventilation in the bathroom.

The location of the appartment is great, very close to the old center of Split, in a cosy neighbourhood.

Everything was very nice. Just a few small tips for the owners: a kettle, and/or cooking pots with handles that do not heat.

Great Stay

The apartment is in an excellent location which is a few short minutes walking to the centre. The host was very kind and made an extra effort to support a special request to surprise my friends for their 30th birthday. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again (if we were travelling without a car).

A bit of notice from the host regarding the parking situation would have been appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay but the parking is extremely limited. I had to return to the apartment to allow other guests to get out the car park on one occasion. When leaving the property we were blocked in by another car and had to get a local man to help backing out the car on a very, very narrow street. This apartment would be 10/10 if you did not have a car. If bringing a car, I would consider other alternatives for parking to try and reduce unnecessary stress. Other than this, everything was great!

Super feiner Aufenthalt

Sehr schön hergerichtetes Mini-Appartement zum Wohlfühlen. Perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub in Split. Ruhige Lage und trotzdem in 5min in der wunderschönen Altstadt. Easy Check-in und super Kommunikation mit Besitzerin. Würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen!!!

Es war vorher schon bekannt, aber mit einem etwas größeren Auto recht trickreich in der engen Gasse.

Bonito pero sin más...no volvería

La decoración es bonita.

Pese estar decorado con gusto, tiene ciertas carencias. Para mí, un inconveniente fue no tener tendedero (en un destino con playa), ni microondas...también eché en falta una tostadora. Además, no es como lo describen. Está en un entorno desangelado y de difícil acceso, en una zona sin urbanizar... y no tan cerca centro como dan a entender. Y la terraza no existe, en el exterior, en la calle, han colocado una mesa y 2 sillas. He estado en otras ciudades de Croacia con parking gratuito en el apartamento (Trogir) o por 5€ (Korkula)...aquí 20€ el día.

Wszystko tak jak na zdjęciach, byliśmy zachwyceni. Apartament czysty, pachnący, wyciszony wyposażony w niezbędne rzeczy. Blisko wszędzie, centrum, piekarnia i inne sklepy. Pobyt w apartamencie był cudowny, dawno tak się nie wyspałam :)

Unsere Lieblingswohnung

Unser Appartement No. 3, oben, ist sehr gut ausgestattet; angefangen bei dem komfortablen und breiten Bett, die neu wirkende Küchenzeile, der Sitzecke mit bequemen Stühlen und Sitzgelegenheiten auch für Besucher. Viele kleine und grosse Detaills, wie u.a. beleuchtete Treppenstufen, keramisches Parkett, durchdachtes Badezimmer mit Glasbausteinen, vor allem aber die sehr dicken Natursteinwände, fügen sich zu einem grossartigen Gesamteindruck; besonders hervorzuheben ist, trotz unterschiedlicher und rustikal wirkender Baumaterialien, die aussergewöhnliche Sauberkeit, auch in der Verarbeitung en detail. Durch die Konstruktion, angefangen vom Eingangsbereich bis zur Decke über 2 1/2 Ebenen ist ein tolles Raumgefühl gegeben. Die Decke ist sehr gut isoliert. Die Klimaanlage ist state-of-the-art. Alles in allem sehr gut durchdacht.

Unterkunft in der Altstadt gelegen mit privaten Parkplätzen! Goldstück in Split!

Das Studio ganz unten lag im Kellergeschoss, nicht schlimm da man die meiste Zeit ja ohnehin unterwegs ist, war aber gerade zum Morgen recht düster.
