Maki Stone house is worth visiting just for the architecture. It has been renovated beautifully, part stone, part plaster. The room is small but big enough and well equipped. Coffee pods , woohoo. Car parking is such a luxury in Split. Maki has 2 small spaces behind a large secure gate. It's a bit scary getting there (extremely narrow) but there were no problems. The hosts were online to help if we had a problem, they could see us arrive at the car park. The location is excellent, easy walk to town and in a lovely residential area with narrow laneways. Split is wonderful, lots of white stone lined open public spaces. Would happily stay at Maki again and recommend it.
Car parking instructions - it is a little complicated. Maybe a photo from above of how you want the cars parked would help. It was really simple once we worked out what we were aiming for.
