The walls were somewhat thin, hearing the apartment clearly as they moved around their space. Understandably, out of the owner’s control.

Lovely, clean flat, 5 min away from city centre.

Easy location, clean and tidy, good size. Marija, the host, was absolutely lovely and made it easy to check in and out. As a solo female traveller it felt like a safe neighbourhood and a safe flat as there were multiple security points.

The only thing-- on the last night two people came for their stay and you could really hear their footsteps and them speaking through the ceiling.

The most perfect Croatian apartment

This apartment had THE MOST stunning view of the mountains. I would stay here again, simply because of that. The location was superb, right in the heart of Croatia and the extra outdoor facilities (deck chair and table) added to the place's vibes. The host also provided lots of extra bathroom ammenities.

You could hear the downstairs neighbours a lot of the time.

Lovely, quiet and well-located stay in Split

We had a lovely, comfortable stay at Apartments Leticia, which is located close to the Old Town and Riva Promenade - we walked everywhere. The bed was very comfortable and good recommendations for Split were provided. Sitting in the courtyard was comfortable and quiet. The aircon worked well for the hot summer days. We would highly recommend staying here and it is perfect if you are a party of 3 couples (6 adults) as we were, as you can then book all units.

Some clothing hangers were provided, but some more hangers or hooks for clothing and towels would be useful.

Cosy place, lovely host, convenient location

Liked the cosiness of the apartment, good location, only a short walk to Riva promenade, Look out for no.50 when searching for place. Great communication with Marija, a welcoming host who solved a TV issue. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely little shared seating area outside. Real cosy - loved it!

This is a real minor thing but to say something, had to be careful when moving around the bed as sometimes hit leg against post.

Peaceful room but close to the action

Perfect location no more than a 10 minute walk into the centre of old town Split. The host was extremely responsive and helpful and brought fresh towels half way through our stay.

The wifi was a bit hit or miss and one of the nights fully broke down.

Loved everything. The location was great, in the old town area. Had a smart tv so we could really relax. Hosts were great, they let us drop out bags off and text us an hour later saying we could check in

Nice place 5 min walk from city center. Appartment is nice, clean and has all the things you need like small kitchen, enough plate to put you luggage.

Parking can be issue. In the alley next to the appartment is not ok because of the locals. Public parking near the flat is allways full, so you have to be lucky.

Amazing location, host was very friendly responded to messages immediately and very helpful.

Only negative I had was the walls/ceilings were quite thin so could hear downstairs a lot/presumed they could hear us.

Wonderful stay!

Such a lovely little apartment, extremely clean, perfectly equipped for two. Brilliant location and our communication with Marija was spot on, she is very responsive and went out of her way to make our arrival as smooth as it was possible. The apartment was small but we realised that from the pictures so no real problem there for us. All in all, we felt we got great value for our money :)

The only constructive criticism we could provide is regarding the bed, the mattress had no support and we rolled together. An upgrade on the mattress would make the place perfect as would allow for more restful sleep,which you need as you have SO much to see during the day in the beautiful region. Also, if the duvet came with an actual duvet cover rather than an under-sheet American style, that would make it even more comfy :)

I recommend

the apartment, which is located in the very center of Split, really delighted us! only a 5-minute walk to Diocletian's Palace, but in a very quiet place! the apartment is very simple and very well equipped and clean. Marija welcomed us and explained everything we should know! we had a great time and I believe we will come back again! Thank you one more time! Xoxo
