Large apartment. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen, despite microwave not working.
Shower and surrounding walls need deep cleaning to remove mold/mildew. Rain shower head needs replacing as it is completely clogged and squirts water at the walls. Main room and kitchen lighting is terrible. Owner could change light fixture in kitchen to 3-spot light type and add under cabinet lights. At least provide a floor lamp in the corner. Replace dead light bulbs throughout. Replace microwave and provide a coffee maker. Front door locket should be upgraded.

Semplice e confortevole. Parcheggio auto a 5 minuti a piedi.
