Luxury Apartments A&A-old town

The host was amazing from start to finish. It was clean , bed comfy and not too far from old town.

Some water & small milk would have been an added bonus.

Anna the host was fab, communication was great. Messaging as soon as we arrived in Croatia, gave us all information we needed to access the apartment and information about the area, trips etc. She was also on hand throughout the stay if I needed any advice, nothing was too much trouble. Apartment was very clean, had everything we needed, location amazing , in the middle of everything. On the day we checked out we were able to leave our luggage at the apartment until we got picked up for the airport which was a great help.

The location was good and the overall story of the apartment. The veranda was so nice to have. Air con was great, thank goodness as it was such a hot week.

A little confusing to get in on arrival. Needs another bedside table and somewhere to unpack suitcases. Maybe loose the wardrobe? The floor above was noisy when people left really early, maybe needs a rug or something.

Very stylish and practical space, terrace is absolutely beautiful, location ideal - Ana was also very flexible about check-in time/leaving the luggage past Check-out time and bringing extra pillows. The cleaning ladies were very kind.

The walls and ceiling were so thin we could hear absolutely everything that was going on upstairs, which woke us up most days very early or very late. We did not have hot water nor proper internet connection for most of our stay - we appreciated the effort to fix the problem and also received a bottle of homemade plum liqueur, but no offer of discount was made. Due to a mistake from the property's side there has been some problem with payment - the money I had transferred came back to me. The constant spamming on my WhatsApp account during my only summer holiday was a bore and I had to ask for a proper invoice myself, something I would expect a professional hotel management to give without having to ask for it.
