Great choice for a stay near Split Old Town

The host Josip was very friendly and helpful. He sent lots of information and recommendations beforehand via Whatsapp and met us on arrival to welcome us to the apartment. We only stayed for one night but the apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable. There was a selection of tea and coffee, juice and some alcoholic drinks that we could help ourselves to. Great location reasonably close to the town with parking.

It is an up hill walk back to the apartment from the town, but unfortunately I think this is down to the nature of the area in general. Josip made us aware of a better route back which although was still quite a walk it wasn't as steep as the route back with steps.

The host waited for us, he was very welcoming and he also told us about some of the attractions we could find around. The apartment is very close to the main attractions.

The host Josip was very friendly, communicative and accommodating. He was flexible with the check in/ check out time which was greatly appreciated! The apartment is clean, newly renovated and well stocked. Highly recommend this apartment if you’re visiting Split.

Beautiful comfy apartment

It is fantastic. The apartment is very clean, it has everything you might need or want: washing+ drying machine, kettle, coffee maker, powerful AC, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron, strong and fast WiFi etc. Beds are very-very comfy. There is a private parking space. The apartment is very close to the marina and historical center (literally 10 minutes walking), but it is located in quite and green residential area, so you'll be able to sleep at night. The host was SUPER nice, he gave helpful directions and made everything he could to make the stay nice and pleasant.

Best accommodation by far.

By far the best accommodation we had during our road trip in Croatia. Best host ever, he and his wife when out of their way to help us an accommodate our requests! Very big apartment, can easily accommodate 4 people. Full size kitchen including a full size fridge freezer. Good size bathroom including washing machine and detergents! Parking right in front of the apartment. Walking distance from all the interesting places to visit in Split.

Great location, clean apartment and friendly host

Absolutely great location with private parking. It's also very clean and tidy, equipped with everything you need. We were there for a short stay, but I can imagine staying there for weeks. The host is very kind, committed to making our stay pleasant, giving us advices and being there for us during our stay.

Cozy family apartments. 100% recommended

The host was very helpful, friendly and kind, salt of Earth. He had all the recommendations about sights, restaurants, everything. He could manage to check-in us earlier and helped with parking. The apartment was very clean and brand new. I was amazed with kitchen appliances and that the knife was sharp (which is rare!). The location is perfect and you can just go and see the city. Nearby there is a place with panoramic view on the city.

Es un monoambiente muy bien equipado y cómodo. Tiene una ubicación excepcional, a menos de 10 minutos caminando del centro y a 200 m de un precioso mirador. Con lugar para el auto frente al apartamento. Para el check-in nos esperó el anfitrión, que estuvo muy atento, siempre en contacto y ayudándonos con información del lugar. El departamento cuenta con cosas básicas importantes (azúcar, café, sal, aceite, caramelos) y nos dejaron gaseosas y agua en la heladera. La calefacción funciona muy bien. La estancia fue perfecta, sin duda repetiría!

Todo el apartamento. No creo que falte de nada. Moderno y limpio. Tranquilo e insonorizado. Los vecinos tenían un pequeña fiesta con barbacoa, música y canto y una vez dentro con las ventanas cerradas no se oía absolutamente nada. Parking en la puerta. Excelente comunicación con la propiedad.

Nada que decir. Solamente una advertencia a los futuros huéspedes: no está en el centro, pero para quienes lleven coche y lo dejen en el apartamento, hay un agradabilísimo paseo de bajada por unas escaleras de día hasta el casco antiguo de Split, pero la vuelta si es de noche es por calles empinadas y poco iluminadas, aunque me dio la sensación de que la ciudad es tranquila y segura.

Pobyt w apartamencie był naprawdę udany! Mieszkanie czyste, zadbane i bardzo dobrze wyposażone – niczego nam nie brakowało. Duży plus za wygodne łóżka i świeżą pościel. Lokalizacja świetna – blisko centrum, ale jednocześnie cicho i spokojnie. Gospodarz bardzo miły, kontaktowy i pomocny. Z przyjemnością wrócimy przy kolejnej wizycie! 😊

Apartament super przygotowany na przybycie gości. Położony w pięknym miejscu z zagwarantowanym miejscem parkingowym. Właściciel bardzo uprzejmy i serdeczny . Polecił nam miejsca, które warto zobaczyć i restauracje w których warto spróbować lokalnej kuchni. Do Starego miasta spacerkiem 15 min pięknymi uliczkami. Punkt widokowy 200 m od apartamentu. Przy apartamencie klimatyczny ogródek . Polecam ten Apartament !

Spalato, mare, sole e comodità.

La casa era pulitissima. Si trova in un posto residenziale vicino il parco Marjan, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e da tutti i ristoranti e i locali, e anche dal porto. L'host è veramente accogliente e disponibile per le richieste. La casa era dotata di tutto, lavatrice, lavastoviglie. I letti erano comodissimi. Fondamentale: era disponibile il parcheggio, un lusso per quella zona!!

Izuzetno dobro iskustvo. Domaćin prva liga. Urednost ..gostoprimstvo... Dočekala me plata sa narescima i sve vrste sokova i pića..kuhinja je opremljena sa svim potrebnim potrepštinama..svi začini..kava..u kupaonici sve potrebno za higijenu. Domaćin me počastio sa svojim specijalitetima. Mogu samo reći sve najbolje i samo riječi hvale. Veliko hvala domaćinu. I vidimo se opet!!!
