Host and his family were lovely - very welcoming and made an effort to advise us on local restaurants and tourist spots. Apartment was modern, clean and kitted out with all the extras for a comfortable stay. The washing machine was a bonus as we were on a 2 week trip around Croatia, stopping in different cities. Free parking is a must in Split because the street parking looked like a nightmare - so glad this place offered parking too! Good location to walk to the main promenade.
Nothing to note!

The apartment is thoughtfully equipped (A/C, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, full kitchen setup), very clean, and newly renovated. The neighborhood is quiet and offers private parking—a rarity in this part of the city. It is located just a few minutes from a viewpoint overlooking the Split Riva, which is also easily accessible via a short walk. The host is very friendly and provides all the necessary information for visiting Split and its attractions. If you want to be close to the city center while having the option to park your car right in front of the apartment, this is an excellent choice.
