Gorgeous room in great location

Expansive room in an excellent location. Loved the mini kitchen (stovetop, kettle, and refrigerator). Host was great at communicating and providing advice.

The switch to turn off the water heater is next to the bathroom light switch. Took us less than 24 hours to accidentally turn off water heater, was not aware we could do that.

Nice people; it's part of the family home. Easy walk down to the centre (not quite so easy back up!). Quiet neighbourhood. A safe place for bicycles in the yard. Comfortable and everything works.

myself being overweight it was a little difficult walking up and down the steps to get to it but it wasn't that bad. nice little exercise, but something to keep in mind if you have trouble walking uphill

Overall a great experience. Hosts are just next door and always available for any help if you need.

Lots of facilities available in the room. Bathroom was big. Location just 10 mins walk to the promenade.

The room space is small. We stayed for 5 nights, so felt a bit cramped. Good for 1-2 nights stay.

Friendly family run apartments in good location, and good value

Family run, the father in particular was very helpful both for apartment information and for suggestions on beaches and restaurants. Also shared a beer with me on the terrace. The location was great, very near the main attractions but in a quiet residential area. Easy access to the beach/forest area on the north coast as well which were much quieter. scenic and used by locals. Small supermarket including bakery products and most common requirements a couple of mins away

Great apartment within a short 5-10min walk of the main old town. Lovey facilities with the added bonus of a washing machine! Hosts were really friendly and live next door so always available if you need anything. Would recommend a stay.

The room was beautifully clean and decorated. The apartment is very well located, may need to walk up a few steps but you can come a different way. We were very impressed with the facilities and the owner allowed us to keep our bags until our flight which was at 11pm. Room was fantastic air con which was a lifesaver. Bed was lovely and spacious and very comfortable. Shower was fantastic. Lots of pots and pans if you prefer to cook are available in the room. Would 100% stay away. We really enjoyed our stay.

beautifully decorated comfortable studio

the cutest little studio for 1 person. it’s located a bit outside of the hustle and bustle of Split but a 4 min walk to the main streets. walking in felt like you were a local coming back home. kudos to whoever decorated because it was truly adorable - everything renovated new and clean. THE BED was like sleeping on a cloud. i had to work remotely so I appreciated the desk as well. nice big shower and washer that was available for use free of charge. very friendly hosts and added plus was a litter of kittens that made the front yard their home.

The place is close to everything and, at the same time, away from the fuss. Excellent hosts, helped us with everything we needed. Easy to park our bicycles. The washing machine was a welcome plus. =)

Excellent Stay, no complaints!

Studio has everything you need for a short stay. Quiet Location, however not far from the Riva and centre of Split. Super clean. Looks just like the photos. Owner very friendly, and also lives in the apartment block. Would definitely recommend!

Mooi appartementje

Klein, maar alles is er! Stijlvol ingericht. Heerlijk bed en goede badkamer. Schoon! Gelegen in een rustig straatje vlakbij natuur. Een toch binnen 3min lopen in 't bruisende centrum van Split. Fijne plek op een ideale locatie als je niet midden in de bruisende stad wil slapen.

De buitenruimte is op 't gemeenschappelijke terrein van 't appartementencomplex waar ook mensen wonen. Het buurhondje is lief, maar ook waaks. Daardoor ga je niet snel even een middag een boek lezen op 't terras.
