Good and okay for the price.

Location was really good. It is spacious and comfortable

The floor was really dirty. We used the shower floor towel to clean the floor of the bathroom. Also, they asked us to clean the dishes (what we did) but there was no place to let them dry. No salt or sugar or any supply.

Good stay for a couple nights

Everything was very clean. It was really close to the city center, like a 5 min walk. If you bring big luggage better take a taxi!

We tried to turn the AC on, but it seems that the batteries from the remote control were not fully functioning.

We booked this apartment because it specifically had a balcony and outside view. We were assigned an apartment on a lower floor that did not feature these. We are unhappy about this.

This property falsely advertised their view. It does exist but only for one apartment.

Great location, very nice apartment, and good value for money in Split

The apartment is located in the centre of the old town, literally a 3 minute walk to the Riviera. It was incredibly good value for money given its location. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning (which was needed in Split) worked perfectly, kitchen was sufficient with hob, microwave and fridge freezer, etc (although I didn't cook). It was spotlessly clean, and the wifi worked well. Check-in was very efficient with PIN codes for the building and apartment sent by email. Easy to find.

My only minor suggestion is that maybe the hosts could include coffee, bottled water and body wash for the bathroom, which based on my experience is normal for apartments, but these are minor points from what was an excellent experience. I would be happy to recommend the apartment to friends.

Very bad

The location is close to amenities in quiet neighborhood

The photos do not resemble reality - it seems that you have a beautiful two floor loft appartments and we ended up on a small room to share for 4 people. The owner waited until very last min to send the confirmation on how to get to appartment and did not answer the phone for hours and was no other way to contact the property. Eventually he did and when we manage to speak on the phone and exposed the situation it was really very rude to us and did not help. Not reccommendable at all. Properties should never post anything that is not real - neither we shall received this type of treatment as guests when you arrive onto a foreign country

Well located, awful apartment

It was well located, just a few minutes away from the shore and restaurants.

The torn bed sheets, the broken window in the room, the missing dish rack, and the roller curtain that did not work properly are mere trifles compared to the SERIOUS ACCIDENT that took place on the premises: the glass shower screen exploded while a member of our group was showering, causing cuts that required hospital care. The most concerning aspect was the complete lack of support from the host. Instead of providing help or solutions, they kept repeating that they had “10 years of experience” and that “nothing like this had ever happened before,” but took no concrete action: no medical assistance, no cleaning of the bathroom (which was left full of shattered glass), and no alternative accommodation. We had to ask neighbors for help to bathe the injured person and remove pieces of glass from their body. The experience was traumatic, and the host’s behavior was utterly irresponsible. I absolutely do not recommend this property.

It’s a beautiful authentic apartment in the old town.Its safe and clean.It’s surprisingly quiet considering the masses of tourists nearby.Its a little up the hill so it’s more for people who want some peace and quiet.One is living next to the locals who are quite and polite people so they set the standard.Its not for the party people or at least i hope they never go there.lol.Its far from a swimming beach but that’s no problem for an active person who is willing to rent a cheap bike or e-bike.please whoever goes there be respectful and keep the charm of this authentic old neighborhood.

Nice location but belongings were stolen from the room

Location

I left a pair of glasses in the room that "disappeared" 1 hour after I left them room when the cleaners arrived. Either someone broke into the room or they were taken by someone with access to the room. Regardless it's not a safe place, nor do I feel that the management acted seriously enough about this.

Not coming again in this house

Its next to city and not far away. AC was good

Pics on internet was not what we expect, hot water stops 2 days before we were leaving. There was not blankets or sheets. Price were pretty high but kind off understandit cause its on season. They want to take pics on our passports, i dont no why only showing face to face passport was not okey.

Great location, friendly staff

Excellent location, riva is literally 5-6 min by foot. Such a friendly host, Mr. Josip who takes care of the facilities helped us with the parking as well. Very friendly staff from the moment we showed up. Split was very hot so it was lovely to walk inside the air conditioned room they prepared for us. Balcony was a nice addition, it offered great views. The room is cost and it had modern finishes. There’s a small kitchenette with a fridge to cool your drinks. Overall recommend.:)

The apartment has a great location, but it turned out to be disappointing.

The location was really good. Just a few minutes’ walk to Split’s main street, and there was a good grocery store and several restaurants nearby. It was also easy to find the apartment using Google Maps. Communication with the host was good and check-in went smoothly, but our whole group felt like we had been misled.

We booked this apartment for two nights before our flight back home. When we looked at the pictures, we were happy to see that the apartment seemed to have a balcony. However, that wasn’t the case. The pictures were misleading. When we asked about the balcony, we were told that other apartments in the building have one, but ours does not. Also, during the booking process, the pictures gave the impression that we were reserving a different type of apartment than what we actually got. When we were about to go to bed, we noticed that one of the fitted sheets was missing. The remote control for the air source heat pump didn’t work either, and when we turned it on manually, the air conditioning started to smell like something was burning. There was also very less toilet paper. We messaged the host about the issues, and she responded quickly, which we appreciated. Next morning the host sent a message very early saying she would bring the missing items, and before we had a chance to say it was okay, she woke us up by knocking on the door too early in the middle of our sleep. At least, she brought some of the missing items, and we received things like the fitted sheet for the sofa bed.

The accommodation was very clean. Great balcony with views of the sea and the city. Communication with owner great at every stage. Self check in with no problems.

A little more compact than we would have liked, having said that for a short stay it was fine. Not enough bowls and cutlery for two people.

The location is good if you are walking.

It was cold, clinical like. There was no balcony, so thereby no view. The location is good if you are on foot but with a car or taxi, which is very challenging. If you have mobility issues, the stairs to the second floor are also a challenge, if not a risk. It was very noisy as well. To top it off, the host asked me to leave EU for tax. I would suggest building into the price.

Considering that our stay was in November, it was surprising that only a thin sheet and a thin decorative sheet greeted us on the bed. It was cold. There is no door on the shower cabin in the bathroom, so it is necessary to wipe the floor after showering.
