Great home in Split!

Amazing stay in a great location! Easy walk to the main sites and restaurants, but off on a quiet side street. Great staff. Washing machine (with detergent) in the room was a great amenity

Absolutely fantastic - thank you!

Perfect location - 5 mins from Marjam Park, 5 mins from heart of Old Town. Go left when you leave the apartment for scenic windy streets leading to the replica St Marks Square. Thoughtful gift of a huge plate of local tangerines which were delicious! We loved having breakfast on the balcony in the mornings! Antonija was so helpful and friendly. We took up all her tips and had a fantastic time. The guide in the room was also brilliant. Very comfy apartment but she’s also on hand if you need anything more at all.

We struggled with a balance with hot water for showers even though we kept the boiler on 24-7 (we made the mistake of turning it off on the first night!) Parking can be tricky. We had most luck around the school about 5-10 mins walk away. We did always find a space though!

Great location, fully equipped apartment

Self check-in with the safe box, I love it. The place has EVERYTHING you could possibly need despite small size. I was incredibly grateful for a washing machine - it is incredibly useful. The balcony was also lovely, with the view of the rooftops and the yard. The kitchen allows to cook, which is very convenient and far more cheap. There is a Solon bakery basically in 20 steps distance, good pastries, looks local, but they speak English. The city center is also very-very close. The Wi-Fi was good, I was able to work without any troubles. Overall I am quite happy with my stay. Additional note: The appartment I was given is very compact and the stairs are quite steep, so please check your abilities and required space before booking - it is OK for moderately fit person, but navigationg around bed could cause you problems if you are of a bigger size. It was wonderful for one person but I am not sure I would want to share it with someone else.

Conditioner upstairs should be cleaned, it produces unpleasant smell. The downstairs one is OK.

Details about collecting the key were very specific. We loved the location. The space was a bit cramped for two people. No space for a sofa.

Cute, cozy and with all the equipment for a pleasant stay

The appartement smells so good. It also has everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The design is cute, and the inner court is nice too. The TV has a Netflix access. It's surprising how you can fit all in a limited space with such a coziness.

The distance to the old city is quite okey, even if you need to go up a little bit when retiring back to the appartement. But the walking distance till the nearest beach is significant.

Quiet, clean and comfortable with balcony

The apartment was spotless in a lovely, quiet location with everything that you need - balcony with table and chairs, equipped kitchen with cooking facilities including 2 ring hob, kettle, toaster and fridge. There’s also a washing machine with detergent, and outdoor drying racks, and there’s plenty of towels. There was shampoo and shower gel too. Good comfy bed and the shutters black all the light out - brilliant! Our host was lovely, very friendly and knowledgeable - she said if we needed anything just to ask. The centre of town was about 10 mins walk away, so about 15 mins walk from the bus station/ferry port. We’d stay here again and I’d recommend it if you don’t want to be right in the centre of town.

Great location, comfortable apartment, responsive host, would stay again

Beautiful apartment, well equipped for a short stay and in a perfect location. Host was responsive and instructions to get in were clear. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Parking was a bit of a nightmare, took me 25 minutes of driving around to find a place, not the hosts fault but letting future bookers know! Also there isn’t a great place to drop off luggage either was the road is quite narrow.

Incredible balcony and views from the building, the location couldn’t have been better, far enough out that you don’t hear the busy town but close enough that it’s a very short walk and accessible !

No genuine issues, one thing I would not is the toilet has a sliding door and therefore sharing the room with a friend got very intimate very quickly lol

Good location close to Port, bus/train stations and old town. Excellent facilities including a washing machine. Easy checkin and friendly host.

Sadly the lovely courtyard was often full of smokers when we wanted to use it. Couldn’t figure out the 2 remotes on the TV (not that it mattered), but some instructions would be useful.

10/10 – Perfect choice in Split

The studio is beautiful, tastefully furnished, modern, and well-equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, the bed is large and comfortable, and the bathroom is clean—with a washing machine, which is great for longer stays. Check-in was easy with the code we received. The shared inner courtyard is lovely and shady, a perfect spot to sit even during a heatwave. The old town is just a short walk away, and the walk itself through the stone alleyways is charming. We arrived by motorbike, so parking right in front of the house wasn’t a problem. For those coming by car, finding a spot directly in front might require some luck. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back!

Cozy studio with charming patio and free parking one street over

Very cute patio, walking distance to old town, parking was easy. The room had everything you need and was very comfortable.

The room is a bit cramped, even for European standards. We got a good deal on a last-minute booking, but I wouldn't want to pay full price.

Exceptional studio thoughtfully arranged for our comfort!

We had an exceptional stay, thank you so much Antonija! Everything is thoughtfully arranged for our comfort: from all the utensils needed for cooking, to toiletries, cleaning supplies, laundry essentials, and even candles for a cozy touch. A highlight is the bed which is extremely comfortable!! The size of the room is big enough for two people, TV with cable and lots of touristic information. The communication with the host is great as she is very responsive and willing to help. The location is great as it is calm and only 10 minutes away from the old town and a 20 minutes walk to the ferry port. We stayed 4 nights here and we did our full day trips from here, an amazing hub for this holiday!!

Neat, comfy, not so spacious.

Clean, tidy, comfy - what we were looking for !! Basically, it was fine - just quite small - mind you, we saw smaller, so it's all good.

Lack of room in bathroom/laundry - placement of power points ? Where do you put a toaster, chopping board....a bit of a juggle. Not life threatening problems, just small things.

Apartment exactly as advertised.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. We did not use the kitchen for cooking beyond making tea so cannot comment on the cooking facilities. The location is fantastic. A short walk to old town and is really close to Marijan Park, which was well worth spending an afternoon walking around. The host was quick to respond to any of our queries. The pillows were even plump and comfortable, which we've found is something not to take granted based on the rest of our Balkan holiday.

Perfect Stay: Clean, Comfortable & Welcoming!

I liked everything about it! Super spotless clean room and fast internet. Facilities are brand new, and the bed was very comfortable. The room is located in the quiet area and has a nice garten outside 5 minutes away from the Dioklecian palace. Also friendly and warm welcoming hosts! I would gladly come again.

I got all the support I needed to find the place, free parking and keys. The host was great, really, kind and helpful. I could not ask for more. I would recommend this place for sure. I liked the location and possibility to park my car for free.

There was no way to hang a long coat in the closet, as closet is suited for hanging only short clothes. Shelves were fine. The fridge could be cleaned better.

Location is excellent right in the heart of split with several walkable restaurants, Riva is 5 minutes away. Host is very helpful, there is not a thing that the host has not thought of to stock in the property. From toiletries to small fridge to washer to microwave to high quality towels. Very cleanly maintained and supplies are sent if asked. Very helpful and friendly host who can help with planning your trip.

Size is small which is expected but this is clearly mentioned in the property listing. Would not suggest to get a car, parking is not designated for the property so it is on the side walk which can be tricky especially if you are arriving late night. The traffic rules in split are very weird, our car got towed for parking too close to the wall next to the road, there are no clear signs about this.

A great place from which to experience Split.

We ended up staying at this property purely on the basis of the charming photograph. It turned out to be better than we could have hoped. The location is great, right on the edge of the old town with easy access to the park Marjun. We had the room with the balcony and ate on it every morning and most evenings which was delightful. The facilities are perfect for a couple and the host couldn’t have been more accommodating and welcoming making it a place that left us feeling sad to be leaving. Well worth stopping here in our opinion
