Marjan Hill Apartment - close to center & garage

We had a wonderful stay in Split! Everything was perfect from the very beginning. We were kindly guided all the way to the apartments, with clear support on how to find the building, access the garage, and settle in — which made the arrival smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself is very cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained. Everything feels new and well thought out. There is a private garage, which is a big advantage, and inside you can find everything you might need: a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, TV, and all necessary amenities in the bathroom. We especially loved the lovely balcony — perfect for relaxing moments. The location is also great: only about a 10-minute walk to the city center. Everything was truly great. For us, this was not a downside, but just for information: the apartment is located on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you will need to take the stairs. If you are traveling with a lot of luggage, it’s something to keep in mind during your stay.

Kontakt zu Hajdi war von Anfang an sehr einfach möglich, sie ist mega hilfreich und freundlich und wir konnten uns sehr gut abstimmen bzgl. der Schlüsselübergabe. Das Apartment liegt auf dem Marjan Hill und somit in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel, was wir sehr genossen haben. Man ist vom Trubel der Stadt weit genug weg, läuft aber nur 10 Minuten und ist mittendrin. Außerdem war es immer auch ein bisschen weniger stickig oder warm als unten im Zentrum, es ging immer ein leichter Wind. Im Apartment haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es ist genau, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, alles sehr neu oder neuwertig und modern. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Waschmaschine konnten wir auch gut nutzen. Das Bad ist tadellos und die Klimaanlage in der Küche (zentraler Raum) hat uns auch gut geholfen. Die Zimmer können alle mit Rolläden verdunkelt werden (nur die Küche hat ein Rollo) und der Balkon (der nicht direkt von der Wohnung zugängig ist, was für uns aber überhaupt kein Thema war, es sind nur 5 Schritte durchs Treppenhaus) hat eine Markise. Und die Garage zu haben war auch großartig! Insgesamt war alles bestens und wir würden jederzeit dort wieder wohnen wollen, herzlichen Dank an Hajdi

There were ants in thr appartment but the host was responsive and tried to get rid of them.
