Perfect

Excellent villa to stay in. The bed was so comfortable and the room looked amazing. Perfectly situated, very close to shops, restaurants, cafes and the bay. Gabriela was such a nice host. I would stay here again.

Tastefully decorated but wouldn’t recommend

The location was perfect for our stay in Split — close to everything we needed. The apartment had been tastefully redecorated and was spotlessly clean.

Unfortunately, the apartment had absolutely no soundproofing, which made for two very difficult nights of sleep. Every footstep from the apartment above was loud and constant — it genuinely sounded like people were about to come through the ceiling. I also didn’t appreciate being asked multiple times when we would be vacating the property. Check-out is listed as 10am, and while I understand cleaning needs to be done, we had paid for the stay and shouldn’t have been made to feel rushed or unwelcome with early messages pushing us to leave.

Great location

The best paThe best part was the air conditioning, which worked perfectly, and the shutters that allowed for complete darkness at any time of day. Also, the location is really good.

The bed was squeaky, the pillows were too large, and a complimentary coffee and tea station would have been greatly appreciated.

Room was clean. Good location. Easy to check in and check out. Great option for 1-2 days.

There are some cons and they can be easily fixed. 1) Creaky bed. 2) No top shower fixture. You have to hold shower head with one hand. And IMHO pillows are too high ( like in most of the hotels/ properties) .

Great place to stay in Split

Location was wonderful Lovely room Would stay again now that we know how to access the room.

We found it very difficult to find the location. Also, instructions should say room, G3, is in the office reception building not the mailroom as we could find nothing showing the mailroom.

lights are bad. Everything too dark. in the bathroom there were two lights out of order. the handle to the fridge was broken. Unpersonal because of self-picking the keys.

Good location, but not very comfortable.

The location was very good. Close to the center, only a 15 minute walk to the port or bus station. Near the apartment there were also restaurants, laundry, market. Clean apartment, with air conditioning, refrigerator, easy to check-in and check-out. Also the communication was very easy, I was always answered.

There was no shampoo and soap for the shower. The bed was broken, and we only noticed it at bedtime, when we felt something was strange and uncomfortable. When we lifted the mattress we saw that the bed was broken, it was very late and we were tired, so my companion and I tried to fix it. I notified the host the next day and she was helpful. I think maybe some previous guest broke the bed and did not notify the host. I only stayed in town for two nights, It was not very comfortable to sleep, but the host said they would fix the bed, and be available to me if I needed anything. The terrace in the picture is shared with the other apartments, we could not enjoy it, as the couches were wet from rain and a bit dirty.

A small apartment in a great location

The property was very close to old town and Diocletian’s palace, maybe a 5-8 minute walk.

The property was very small with barely room for two small suitcases to be open at any time. This is fine for a day or two but might be difficult for a longer stay.

Exceptional

We had a great stay at Villa Urbi et Orbi. The appartment is rather spacious and has a small kitchen and a separate bedroom and bathroom. The location is simply fantastic. It is at a five minute walk from the city center, and it's close to the beautiful Marjan park as well. Everything in Split that we wanted to do was at a walking distance away. Breakfast is at a small restaurant near the appartment. There you can choose a breakfast from a menu. This is all prepared freshly by a good cook. I can highly recommend this accomodation.

Perfect.

Zeer mooi ingericht, sfeervol, en compleet appartement. Zelfs wat serviesgoed is aanwezig, naast het koelkastje en een waterkoker. De accommodatie ligt subliem. In de oude stad, maar op een heel rustig plekje. Gabriela is een top- gastvrouw. De communicatie: perfect. Duidelijke uitleg over alles, op al onze vragen werd meteen antwoord gegeven. Taxi met bijzonder aardige chauffeur werd in een tel geregeld. Kortom: een aanbevelenswaardig adresje!!!

Pour se garer c’est très compliqué, le parking le plus proche est souvent plein… TV pas alignée avec le lit Le mobilier de la salle de bain qui tombait tout seul : support pour le savon, support pour la serviette Pression faible pour la douche Paroies de douche qui fermait mal
