Amazing location! Walking distance to the city centre but still located in a quiet area. I also really liked the keyless system. The apartment was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable. Air-conditioning fully working and quiet.

It wasn't a 5 star hotel obviously but for the price it was perfect! I would use it again.

The location was perfect for our stay in Split — close to everything we needed. The apartment had been tastefully redecorated and was spotlessly clean.

Unfortunately, the apartment had absolutely no soundproofing, which made for two very difficult nights of sleep. Every footstep from the apartment above was loud and constant — it genuinely sounded like people were about to come through the ceiling. I also didn’t appreciate being asked multiple times when we would be vacating the property. Check-out is listed as 10am, and while I understand cleaning needs to be done, we had paid for the stay and shouldn’t have been made to feel rushed or unwelcome with early messages pushing us to leave.
