Apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. Great location only a 5 minute walk to the sea front and old town. Also restaurants/bars and a shop on same avenue at the bottom. Gabi was a great host we were able to check in early, had constant communication and even gave us complimentary Croatian drinks to enjoy. Thanks very much Gabi 😊
No complaints but would only advise the walk to the apartment is up hill with steps so may not be best for anyone with mobility issues but was fine for us.

Excellent villa to stay in. The bed was so comfortable and the room looked amazing. Perfectly situated, very close to shops, restaurants, cafes and the bay. Gabriela was such a nice host. I would stay here again.

The location was perfect for our stay in Split — close to everything we needed. The apartment had been tastefully redecorated and was spotlessly clean.
Unfortunately, the apartment had absolutely no soundproofing, which made for two very difficult nights of sleep. Every footstep from the apartment above was loud and constant — it genuinely sounded like people were about to come through the ceiling.
I also didn’t appreciate being asked multiple times when we would be vacating the property. Check-out is listed as 10am, and while I understand cleaning needs to be done, we had paid for the stay and shouldn’t have been made to feel rushed or unwelcome with early messages pushing us to leave.
