Great apartment in lovely location

Fantastic apartment that has everything needed. Travelled with my sister who slept on the sofa bed, my two kids who shared the big bed and myself, who had the double bed. Lovely outside porch area which we enjoyed having coffee and chatting in the mornings before it got too hot. Great location for the Old Town, about a 20 minute walk in. 40 minute walk to Kasjuni beach, or an Uber for less than 5 euros. Great air con in the lounge but the bedrooms had wonderful quiet ceiling fans. Comfortable beds.

Lots of flies, so maybe one of those sticky things that traps them would be helpful. No bedding for the sofa couch. My sister took one of my pillows as the pillows in the cupboards did not have covers. We made do, it was fine, but a set of linen for the sofa bed would have been good. very little negatives, the positives far outweighed them.

Perfect spot if you want to visit Nish

Good location, Perfect apartment with a lot of amenities, attention to detail. It seems that the host made it for himself - everything you need. Lovely garden with big table and hose to wash your feet from the beach!

Excellent apartment, very clean and comfortable

The property was extremely clean, well equipped, we had a bowl of fruit waiting for us along with flavoured water, iced tea and milk in the fridge. Tea, coffee etc is supplied. Lovely patio area with small garden and comfy hanging egg chair.

Apartment was well equipped, but the little red ants were running around

The host- we had to solve a riddle to get in- guess the door number, guess the key box, guess the password for internet. And we were specifically told to wait behind the doors till 15:00, even though noone was inside already.

Nina went out of her way to help us in every way as did the cleaner (can’t spell her name so called her Sliv) They let us in early and we stayed late due to the Ferry. Would definitely stay again!!

The apartment was very clean and it had a lot of supplies, such as kitchen tools, bathroom tools etc.The location was great, the walking distance to the beach, shop, city centre was also great. The landlords were very nice, helpful and they were always available (they responded to our messages very fast). Overall we were satisfied with our stay and would visit it again :)

Very nice apartment with beautiful private terrace, good located, close to the city center and the beach. With a very extensive kitchen stuff and much more. The host is friendly and responsive. We were lucky to find parking slot just on the street. We really enjoyed our stay at Dioklecian apartment!

Schöne Unterkunft mit zuvorkommenden Vermietern in guter Lage

Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Obwohl wir äußerst kurzfristig gebucht hatten, da wir überraschend aus einem anderen Appartment ausziehen mussten, hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Die Terasse ist das absolute Highlight des Appartments. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man findet Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft hält was sie verspricht. Unsere gehbehinderte Mutter konnte sich zudem in der Wohnung gefahrlos bewegen. Eine kleine Schwelle zum Zimmer stellte kein Problem dar. Über das Gartentor konnte sie ebenerdig das Areal verlassen. Zwei Stufen, die von der Terasse zum Tor hinunterführen waren auf den Fotos klar erkennbar und stellten kein Problem dar. Der Vermieter war diesbezüglich äußerst zuvorkommend und besorgt. Zum Wasser, sowie in die Altstadt ist es nicht weit.

quelques jours à Split en famille dans un très agréable appartement.

Un appartement très agréable et bien rénové. Son point fort est sa très agréable terrasse donnant sur jardin. Il est très bien équipé aussi, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Le grand lit était particulièrement confortable. l'emplacement est très bien aussi : à moins de 15 min à pied du centre de split par une agréable promenade sur le port. De belles plages en allant dans la direction opposée. Il est également tout proche de la colline de Marjan pour une promenade dans la nature. Le propriétaire était très sympathique et arrangeant. Formidable !

Я просто в захваті від квартири. Якби було можна поставила б 12 балів. Квартира знаходиться на 1 поверсі та має свою придомову терасу з невеличким зеленим куточком. Там дуже затишно вечеряти та сидіти вечорами. Квартира обладнана для довгого проживання. На кухні є навіть кавоварка, такоєж є посудомийна машина, плита, посуд, електрочайник, Є навіть різноманітні спеції та олія. Є пральна машинка, у вітальні кондиціонер, у спальнях вентилятори, хоча за рахунок того що квартира на 1 поверсі, вночі достатньо комфортно і без вентиляторів. Кроваті зручні, білизна нова та чиста. Господарі подбали про всі дрібнички, через що проживання було дуже комфортним. Біля будинку є гарний суперматкет. До центра старого міста пішки хвилин 10-15, до найближчого пляжу для місцевих 10 хвилин, до більш великого пляжу, який позначено на мапі - 20 хвилин пішки. До морського порту 15 хвилин пішки, до автовокзалу - 20 хвилин. Також поблизу знахоляться сходи у парк Мар'ян, що дуже зручно, якщо ви захочете піднятися на найвищу точку парку. Ми були без машини, і за разунок вдалого розташування апартаментів нам жодного разу не було потрібно користуватися громадським транспортом. Доброзичливи господарі. Ми трохи заплутали коли шукали будинок, подзвонили господарю і він нам допоміг. Дуже радимо ці апартаменти, особливо якщо ви приїхали на декілька днів.

Guter Ausgangspunkt zur Besichtigung von Split

- komplett eingerichtete Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern - viel Liebe zum Detail bei Einrichtung (ehemalige Privatwohnung, eher persönlich) - in Laufnähe zur Innenstadt, gute Lage

- kein Parkplatz zur Wohnung dazugehörig, Parken in enger Einbahnstraße vor der Wohnung kostenlos möglich, aber Parkplatz zu finden ist Glücksache - als wir ankamen, war noch nicht aufgeräumt, wurde vorher privat genutzt - etwas schwieriger Kontakt über Booking und Telefon
