Dioklecian Dream Apartment

We had a wonderful stay! The beds, mattresses, and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and having window shutters everywhere was a huge plus. The kitchen was superbly equipped, and we loved the welcoming touch of cold drinks to fridge. Our pet was also well taken care of with a dedicated dog bed and bowls. Plus, the location is amazing so close to both the beach and the center of Split!

The only downside was that the Wi-Fi wasn't really usable; both the signal strength and the bandwidth were quite weak

Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Obwohl wir äußerst kurzfristig gebucht hatten, da wir überraschend aus einem anderen Appartment ausziehen mussten, hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Die Terasse ist das absolute Highlight des Appartments. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man findet Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft hält was sie verspricht. Unsere gehbehinderte Mutter konnte sich zudem in der Wohnung gefahrlos bewegen. Eine kleine Schwelle zum Zimmer stellte kein Problem dar. Über das Gartentor konnte sie ebenerdig das Areal verlassen. Zwei Stufen, die von der Terasse zum Tor hinunterführen waren auf den Fotos klar erkennbar und stellten kein Problem dar. Der Vermieter war diesbezüglich äußerst zuvorkommend und besorgt. Zum Wasser, sowie in die Altstadt ist es nicht weit.

Couldn’t work out the light in the bedroom. Light stayed on. The fan attached was a great idea.

Fantastic apartment that has everything needed. Travelled with my sister who slept on the sofa bed, my two kids who shared the big bed and myself, who had the double bed. Lovely outside porch area which we enjoyed having coffee and chatting in the mornings before it got too hot. Great location for the Old Town, about a 20 minute walk in. 40 minute walk to Kasjuni beach, or an Uber for less than 5 euros. Great air con in the lounge but the bedrooms had wonderful quiet ceiling fans. Comfortable beds.

Lots of flies, so maybe one of those sticky things that traps them would be helpful. No bedding for the sofa couch. My sister took one of my pillows as the pillows in the cupboards did not have covers. We made do, it was fine, but a set of linen for the sofa bed would have been good. very little negatives, the positives far outweighed them.
