Split adventures

Tamara’s apartment was in the perfect location for exploring Split, the Riva, the old town as well as being close to quiet beaches and woodland walks. It had all we needed for a chilled base after busy days exploring. It was also in easy shape asking distance of the ferries to various island, Brac and Solta were stunning and a 20minute walk to the bus station to catch a bus to the wonderful Trogir, €2, a definite must. Tamara was a fabulous host, attentive and communication was easy. Thanks so much for sharing your apartment.

Overall excellent: The apartment has pretty much everything you need

Tamara was an excellent host, very kind. She was waiting for us when we arrived to leave the keys to us. The apartment was in excellent conditions. She also left a couple little gifts (a chocolate bar, some juice, and some balloons for our son) which made our arrival more memorable. Also, the kitchen was pretty much set with all the basic stuff. Normally you don´t want to go and buy basics like salt and pepper, among other things, if you are only staying for a few days. In addition, the location is pretty good and you can get to the center walking. For me specifically, i prefer it to staying in the middle of the historical center.

Minor things, that don´t really changed our good experience. 1. There were a couple of light sources, that we had to manually put a towel over it, including the AC unit, which we later learned that there was a special button to turn it off (the controller needed to be "open" to see the button). 2. We cooked regularly for our small child, and a better pan (current one is quite bended) and spatula (the current one is tiny) would´ve been nice.

Perfect for foot access

Very good and convenient location for foot access to the old city and the marina. There are two grocery stores and a coffee shop just across the street. The staff was great and helpful with everything! Highly recommend!

Very good!

Clean and well equipped apartment with separate kitchen with balcony and street view. The living room and the bedroom have windows on the back side with a view of the inner courtyard with pine and fig trees. Perfect position between the beach and the city center, port and Marjan park, in a nice neighborhood. Parking is free on the street, but there are also paid parking lots nearby. The hosts are very nice and helpful people who communicate all the necessary information. They welcomed us with garden tomatoes, chocolate and juice in the fridge.

Too many ants, but... solvable. 🙂

Very comfortable apartment in good location

The apartment was spacious, clean and has everything you need. Big rooms with comfortable beds. Тhe bathroom was with a shower cubicle with massaging jets and music for luxury. The kitchen is well equipped. A market and restaurant are only a few steps away. You can easily find free parking near the building. The flat is best located in quiet and peaceful neighborhood and was 10-15 minutes walk to the Old Town, so close to the Marjan Hill and a beautiful restaurant at the top with a view of the whole city, which was fine. The hosts are really lovely warm and very helpful people. We were greeted with welcome juice and chocolate for the kid in the fridge. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and can only recommend the accommodation!

Great apartment.

Everything. The apartment is on the great location. The beaches are on 15minutes of walking. Riva is few steps beyond. Two markets and bakery are in the same quiet street. Tamara and her husband are so nice.

We stayed there during a month and really enjoyed the stay in the apartment

The location of the apartment is very quiet, near the Marjan Park, Sustipan, a bus stop in front, two supermarkets very close and pets are welcome

If you like to cook, the space on the stove is a bit small, and you don't have a big oven, but you have a microwave, just in case.

Simply amazing

Perfect position between beach and city center, harbor and park. Excellent cleanliness and equipment. Highlight: top shower with music and massage! Two supermarkets and bakery nearby. Hosts extremely nice and careful.

Walking distance to waterfront and marina

The apartment was clean and well organized. It was close to the waterfront for finding restaurants. Just a few steps down the street was a nice grocery store. We were chartering a sailboat and the marina was walking distance (with carry-on luggage) from the apartment. The washing machine was a plus for us. There was a line for hanging clothes to dry outside the window of the living room above a court yard. Safe neighborhood. Tamara was extremely helpful meeting our taxi at arrival and attending to our questions and needs. Wonderful experience.

Can’t think of anything we did not like. We did find a bottle opener was needed and made the suggestion to Tamara.

Sehr gute Lage, nur für 2 Personen ausgelegt. Küche etwas spartanisch.

Die Wohnung war absolut zentral was wir fantastisch fanden. Wir haben dort unsere Ruhe gehabt und wurden weder von der Straße noch von den Nachbarn gestört. Die Lage war perfekt, nah am Hafen von Split und Einkaufs Möglichkeiten genau 60 Sekunden entfernt.

Parken war teilweise etwas schwierig aber machbar. Große Autos haben beim parken einen Nachteil. Die Küche war gut nutzbar, da wir uns zu 80% selbst versorgt haben hat aber hier und da was gefehlt. Nicht genügend Besteck und Teller. Keine Kaffeemaschine und kein Wasserkocher.
